EJG: Try to say yes or no, Miss Harrison, unless it is absolutely crucial to qualify your answer

What time are we going up to today? Am sitting in the car outside work and don't know whether to drive home and hope I keep signal or wait.

4.30

nauticant · 26/05/2022 16:19

They only waived privilege on the withheld documents once the strike-out application failed.

A support cat just walked in front of Mr Reuby.

GAHgamel · 26/05/2022 16:20

SO disappointed that I've not been treated to a Martin Reuby question today.

They only waived privilege on the withheld documents once the strike-out application failed.

Can anyone explain in simpleton terms what this means?

What is privilege and what is a strike-out application?

TheBiologyStupid · 26/05/2022 16:20

EJ assumes correctly that IO will have no questions. SW's legal team really getting money for old rope.

WallaceinAnderland · 26/05/2022 16:20

Finish 4.30 @IdisagreeMrHochhauser

SH giving yes/no answers to AH QC - does she think the EJ can't see the difference?

chilling19 · 26/05/2022 16:22

Sterling job BC and team. Well done!

EmpressaurusWitchDoesntBurn · 26/05/2022 16:22

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 26/05/2022 16:16

Well IO has barely done anything so there hasn't really been an opportunity to delegate

I suspect that when they were apparently frozen for ages, it might have been an image of them left on screen. Which would have been just as useful.

ClocheEncounter · 26/05/2022 16:22

LipbalmOrKnickers · 26/05/2022 16:21

They policed the observers for wrongthink.

They also have been giving out the correct pages numbers as penance for such a clusterfuck of a bundle for which she was allegedly responsible.

Of course. Very important.
