The Tribunal will start on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

I have sent a request but haven't had anything back yet. Hopefully nearer the time.

Thank you for this and the recommended subject heading for the email.

I hope that Allison puts up her evidence bundle because it was very helpful to be able to explore Maya's for her tribunal.

Ooh, i was going to change my user name, but might hang onto it for a bit longer now

I badly need to know the order of witnesses so I can try and reschedule to avoid any clashes with Nancy Kelley and various other key personnel.

I would be truly devastated to miss that live performance.

Unmissable Variety

Chain Saw homage that earns its fear Empire

Source material for my soon-to-be-pitched follow-up to So You've Been Publicly Shamed But It's an Ill Wind Jon Ronson

What should Ben Cooper's catch phrase be? I nominate

Let's just break that down Grin

Yes hopefully we will be able to see the bundle, it was much easier to follow what they were talking about.

Could we have a results thread? These cases are hugely important, but also long and complicated and hard to keep track of!

I'd really appreciate a thread where results or even stages were posted, so we can check in and see where everything has got to and when the next stage is expected.

I've dipped in and out of a few, but have the concentration span of a gnat, so I'd find that really handy!

tabbycatstripy · 14/04/2022 17:09

BC catchphrase: ‘We’ll get to that in due course.’

That was the source of the Chain Saw homage iirc… Grin

It might just be me that mind's-eye saw Ben doing that every time he produced that phrase.

Sent an email, will update when they reply. Thank you, OP! By the way, how did you find out? I contributed to the fundraising and wondered if there might be an email sent via that, but nothing so far.

I looked up the employment tribunals here

www.courtserve.net/courtlists/current/ets/indexv2et.php

You need an account to look, it's free to sign up.

It is the London Central locations under the employment tribunal tab.
