Best Simba Black Friday deals 2026: the mattresses and bedding worth watching

While Simba’s 2026 Black Friday sale hasn’t officially launched yet, I’m keeping track of offers going live in the run up to the official event on November 27th.

Mumsnet Badge A collage of items from Simba for Black Friday

Buying a mattress is, one might argue, a fairly expensive way to discover that you don’t actually like medium-firm mattresses.

Black Friday sales can take some of the sting out of the price, but it can’t tell you whether the Simba Hybrid Essential will do the job, whether the Pro is worth paying more for or whether you’d actually be better off keeping your mattress and instead, replacing your pillow.

That’s where the testing comes in. As Mumsnet’s Home and Lifestyle editor, I spend a lot of time thinking about mattresses for work, which means I know a discount is only worth considering if you're sure you'll actually sleep well.

I’ve personally tried Simba’s pillow and duvet in my own home - even my DC sleeps on a children’s Simba mattress - and our testers have lived with the brand's range of mattresses for months. Their verdicts, including the niggles, are what I’m using to work out which Black Friday offers are worth your attention for 2026.

As mentioned, Simba’s Black Friday offers are still to come (the official date for Black Friday is 27th November this year). For now, here’s what I’d watch and what I’d check before buying.

Deals aren't live yet, but these are the products I'd recommend checking out prior to the sales so you can decide ahead of time.

Best Simba mattress deal to watch

Simba Hybrid Pro Mattress, from £899

Top Tested

If the Black Friday price is right, Simba’s Hybrid Pro is the mattress I’d look at first. Our tester, Natasha, slept on it for six months and scored it an 86 out of 100, making it our best mattress overall. She found the medium-firm feel supportive without losing that comfortable, cushioned top, and her partner’s movements didn’t keep waking her. Temperature stayed fairly neutral through her test too.

There’s a catch, and it’s a literal weighty one. This mattress is heavy to move and rotate, and its normal starting price of £899 for a single puts it firmly in investment-buy territory. Because of that, if you have your eye on it, it's certainly worth waiting for a Black Friday offer.

Best cheaper Simba mattress to watch

Simba Hybrid Essential Mattress, from £549

Top Tested

Simba’s Hybrid Essential mattress is the sensible place to start if you want a supportive hybrid mattress without moving straight to the Pro’s price bracket.

It starts at £549 for a single on Simba’s site. Mumsnet tester Joshua found it comfortable and breathable when replacing an older mattress that felt too soft. He also noticed less stiffness on getting out of bed.

Joshua tested it alone, so I can’t tell you how it performs for two restless sleepers. Its edge support wasn’t especially firm, either. If you share a bed, compare the price of the same double or king size with the Pro before deciding the Essential is the cheaper choice in practice.

Then again, for a solo sleeper who wants straightforward medium-firm support, it deserves a look when the offers land.

Best smaller upgrade to watch

Simba Hybrid Pillow, £109

Top Tested

Not every sleep problem calls for a new mattress. If yours still supports you but your pillow ends up folded, punched and flipped by 3am, the Simba Hybrid Pillow is a more manageable purchase. Its fill can be adjusted to change the height and firmness, which proved very useful when I tested it for a month in my busy family home.

It isn’t a cheap pillow: Simba currently lists one at £109. The fill takes a little trial and error, and people who like a particularly firm pillow won’t all get on with it.

Simba also sells a pair for £199, but I recommend you compare that bundle against the sale price for two singles just to make sure the bundle actually is a bargain.

Best all-season bedding to watch

Simba Hybrid 3-in-1 Duvet, from £249

Top Tested

The Hybrid 3-in-1 gives you two duvets that fasten together: 3.5 tog for warmer nights, 7 tog for the in-between months and 10.5 tog combined. That flexibility is handy if you’re forever hauling the winter duvet down from the loft and discovering the summer one has vanished into it.

It starts at £249 for a single on Simba’s site, which is a lot for a synthetic duvet even if it does cover several seasons. During my review, I found the format practical, but I’d recommend you check the size and the final price against buying separate duvets.

How to choose the right Simba offer

Start with what needs fixing. A topper won’t restore support to a sagging mattress. Equally, if your mattress is sound but you sleep hot, replacing it could be an expensive answer to the wrong problem.

Compare the Hybrid Essential and Hybrid Pro in the same size, then think about depth, weight, edge support and whether you share the bed.

For bedding bundles, check the sale price of each item separately before assuming the bundle saves you money.

Why trust Mumsnet when shopping Simba deals

I’m Mumsnet’s Home and Lifestyle editor, and Simba comes up a lot in our sleep coverage and in recommendations from Mumsnet users. I’ve tested several of its products myself, my child sleeps on a Simba mattress and there’s plenty of Simba bedding in my house. I also work with the editors and testers who’ve spent months sleeping on the mattresses in this guide, so I know what they liked and what got on their nerves.

At HQ, we’ve developed deal tracking tools that help our team to check current prices against previous prices for products we know well. For Simba, I look at the exact model, size and offer terms, alongside our testing and what Mumsnet users have said.

I won’t call something a bargain just because the discount looks big. It has to be a product I’m comfortable recommending at a price that’s worth paying.

What makes a Simba Black Friday deal worth buying?

Throughout Black Friday, I’ll be checking the exact model and size, the price at checkout, any code or bundle conditions and a previously verified selling price. I’ll also compare Simba’s price with retailer offers where the products and terms match. A dramatic discount from a “was” price doesn’t mean much if the final price isn’t competitive. I’ll also check the trial, delivery, returns and guarantee terms for the specific product and seller too.

Are Simba Black Friday deals live yet?

As of 13 October 2026, Simba’s own Black Friday page says its November offers are still to come and points shoppers towards its current offers. I’ll update this answer when the sale starts and date each price check, so you can tell when an offer was last verified.

Which Simba mattress should I buy?

The Hybrid Essential is the lower-priced choice if you want a medium-firm hybrid and don’t need the Pro’s more substantial build. Based on Natasha’s six-month test, the Hybrid Pro is my stronger all-round pick if you share a bed or want more cushioning and steadier edge support.

Feel is personal, though, so read our full reviews and check the current sleep-trial terms before buying, particularly if you’ve struggled with medium-firm mattresses before.

Is Simba’s biggest discount its best deal?

Not necessarily. Compare the final price in the size you need with that exact product’s previous selling price, then check what’s included. A free pillow is only a perk if you want it, and a big percentage off doesn’t beat a lower checkout price elsewhere.
