The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

Now it's SH amending MS's report to sex it up to make things worse for AB.

Why was SH interfering in wording of the MS report after recusing herself from investigating. Great question Ben!

And SH claims that her justification for sexing-up the MS report was because of the input from McGahey that SH had already manipulated. I'm cringing.

"Avoid heated debates" (paraphrased) says NOTHING about what can or cannot be discussed, it means "don't get into a pointless slanging match, stick to respectful, evidence based discussion".

Err, the reality of GCC is that you turn on people who don't agree with you. As it quite, quite, evident.

GCC not hierarchical, but GCC felt obligated to imply that AB shouldn't publicly disagree with Stephen Clark because he was a barrister with many years less experience?
