WallaceinAnderland · 26/05/2022 15:53

Surely it's easier just to send the whole thing than edit it?

Yes, unless you have particular end game, obviously

nauticant · 26/05/2022 15:56

Now it's SH amending MS's report to sex it up to make things worse for AB.

TheBiologyStupid · 26/05/2022 15:56

Why was SH interfering in wording of the MS report after recusing herself from investigating. Great question Ben!

Boiledbeetle · 26/05/2022 15:57

well shes just looking silly now isn't she trying to arse cover. if you had no skin in the game everyone would have read everything. and checked in with Allison maybe? did anyone do a quick you OK? head tilt!

nauticant · 26/05/2022 15:57

And SH claims that her justification for sexing-up the MS report was because of the input from McGahey that SH had already manipulated. I'm cringing.

chilling19 · 26/05/2022 15:57

Someone else's fault. bingo!

Zeugma · 26/05/2022 15:57

And now a dodgy dossier. This case has everything.

Pyjamagame · 26/05/2022 15:57

running out of steam but trying to say the Maya had the final word.

GCRich · 26/05/2022 15:57

Is it just me, or isn't it obvious what the BSB guidance means?

"Avoid heated debates" (paraphrased) says NOTHING about what can or cannot be discussed, it means "don't get into a pointless slanging match, stick to respectful, evidence based discussion".

WallaceinAnderland · 26/05/2022 15:58

Poor EJG's hand must be killing her, writing all this down.

Boiledbeetle · 26/05/2022 15:58

FFS Ben

Crazylazydayz · 26/05/2022 15:58

I commented on an erlier draft, up to MS to decide. No way, you always consider comments from senior people.

ifIwerenotanandroid · 26/05/2022 15:58

My response to this is not dissimilar to Mr Cook's heartfelt expression of his feelings.

Appalonia · 26/05/2022 15:58

If we can all bear it? Let's press on!

tabbycatstripy · 26/05/2022 15:58

'Is it just me, or isn't it obvious what the BSB guidance means?'

I think so. It can't mean 'don't get involved in controversial public debates' because then they'd all be in breach of it.

EmpressaurusWitchDoesntBurn · 26/05/2022 15:59

Mr Cook?

GAHgamel · 26/05/2022 15:59

Surely with track changes SH could've asked the question, rather than actually making the change to the document, no?

tabbycatstripy · 26/05/2022 15:59

Nothing to see here, guv.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 26/05/2022 15:59

I missed it - why did SH edit the version of AB's explanation before sending to CM at Bar Council?

TheBiologyStupid · 26/05/2022 16:00

How could rewording "the advice that we got" be reflecting " the advice that we got "?

Boiledbeetle · 26/05/2022 16:00

now shes just talking crap

Mmmnotsure · 26/05/2022 16:00

SH keeps talking and talking, and BC more and more starting to speak while she is still going.

AH hasn't asked him for aaaages to let the witness finish her answer.

Roseglen84 · 26/05/2022 16:01

'Everybody's view is taken into account' - except Allison's, obviously....

chilling19 · 26/05/2022 16:01

Err, the reality of GCC is that you turn on people who don't agree with you. As it quite, quite, evident.

tabbycatstripy · 26/05/2022 16:01

GCC not hierarchical, but GCC felt obligated to imply that AB shouldn't publicly disagree with Stephen Clark because he was a barrister with many years less experience?
