I'm right you're wrong. i didn't do it (to paraphrase)

EmpressaurusWitchDoesntBurn · 26/05/2022 16:16

What's RMW done so far? I haven't seen any references to them examining, though I could have missed them. Or is that normal for a junior?

Well IO has barely done anything so there hasn't really been an opportunity to delegate

Roseglen84 · 26/05/2022 16:16

Why is he letting her waffle on? She's just running out the clock.

Pyjamagame · 26/05/2022 16:16

"Collusion with BSB not Stonewall." But we all know BSB are stonewalled....

WallaceinAnderland · 26/05/2022 16:16

BC suggests consequence that legal privilege was used to withhold material from claimant and wants EJ to take a view that material supporting AB was withheld.

SH refutes.

SH If there was any collusion it was with bar council, not Stonewall

tabbycatstripy · 26/05/2022 16:16

'When I approached Ms McGahey for advice...'

In her WS it says Ms McGahey called her.

Mmmnotsure · 26/05/2022 16:17

BC: re SAR
I will put forward that you scrabbled around for reasons not to provide the material to AB

SH: no one involved in the complaint said AB's views were not WORIADS. Nothing to do with Stonewall.

nauticant · 26/05/2022 16:17

She's just running out the clock.

She now running down the clock on re-examination.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 26/05/2022 16:17

He's just letting her string herself up now isn't he?

chilling19 · 26/05/2022 16:17

SH - still going on and on and on.

So, how did your approach of lying, covering up and refusing to support Allison go for you?

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 26/05/2022 16:17

STOP TALKING SH

Pyjamagame · 26/05/2022 16:17

Judge 'shut up!'

tabbycatstripy · 26/05/2022 16:17

'Miss Harrison if you could just stop a minute...'

Mmmnotsure · 26/05/2022 16:18

EJ: desperately
Miss Harrison, if you could just stop a minute...!

TheClitterati · 26/05/2022 16:18

SH can't stop talking! blah blah blah

TheBiologyStupid · 26/05/2022 16:18

EJ shuts up SH.

chilling19 · 26/05/2022 16:18

nauticant · 26/05/2022 16:17

She's just running out the clock.

She now running down the clock on re-examination.

Why would she do that?

ickky · 26/05/2022 16:18

EmpressaurusWitchDoesntBurn · 26/05/2022 16:16

What's RMW done so far? I haven't seen any references to them examining, though I could have missed them. Or is that normal for a junior?

They policed the observers for wrongthink.

They also have been giving out the correct pages numbers as penance for such a clusterfuck of a bundle for which she was allegedly responsible.

What time are we going up to today? Am sitting in the car outside work and don't know whether to drive home and hope I keep signal or wait.

tabbycatstripy · 26/05/2022 16:18

EJ confines her to yes or no answers.

WallaceinAnderland · 26/05/2022 16:18

BC Please stop

EJ Please stop

😂

Appalonia · 26/05/2022 16:18

Chaos!

Pyjamagame · 26/05/2022 16:18

Yes or no answers please - Judge

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 26/05/2022 16:18

BC: "Please stop"
SH: waffle waffle waffle
EJ: "Ms Harrison, please try to say yes or no"
