The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

How does she know it wasn't widely discussed in Chambers? You could only say you weren't aware of such discussions, surely?

If there's no hierarchy, why does she keep talking about seniority and years' call?!

Hang on, if there's no ranking in GCC, why is SH making such a noise about 36 years call and 40 years call?

Now she's talking about seniority of barristers - but there in no hierarchy?!?

We are all equal ..and in the next breath she is talking about barister seniority
