The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

LD is on Twitter, and owns it - but doesn't know how replies work.

GCC need to get with the program and learn how to use Twitter properly!

Random question - why is the bundle such poor visual quality? It looks like it has been badly photocopied multiple times, but surely the information would have gathered and bundled digitally?

I can feel my blood-pressure going up just looking at it. In constant awe of how strong Allison is to bring this all into the light.

Tbf, there is a complicated (proprietary) algorithm which decides which tweets, likes and replies you see from people you follow. So you won't see everything posted by someone just because you follow them. And you certainly don't see every reply to their tweets.

I couldn't possibly comment why the bundle is absolute shite...

I just can't get over the lack of curiosity these barristers seem to have shown about WHY this was considered controversial?

LD must have taken a bet before she came on to see how many times she can get 'twitterstorm' into her evidence.

So LD is admitting they didn't consider it fully just panicked in response to some Twitter messages and sent out a response. I wonder when she decided she no longer supported Allison 🤔

Isn't there some other response that GCC could have made, other than AB was being investigated (or however they put it)?

Couldn't they have said something like its a legitimate view, no one barrister represents the entire chambers' views, etc?
