The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

Thread 14! Very impressed with Mr Reuby's questions. When he speaks you know it's going to be worth listening.

Borrows pedantry hat for a moment to say there are a number of Katherine variations in this case and that just for the record the McGahey one is a Cathryn. In case anyone is looking her up afterwards.

If ever the cinematic cliche of speeding-up calendar pages blowing past was justified, that will be the DdM segment of the film.

<scene cuts back to the tribunal. Panel members and barristers can be seen snoring gently, festooned with cobwebs in a Sleeping Beautyesque bower while a soporific voice drones...ever...more...slowly. A support wren [unashamedly bigs up own part] flies into shot and cheeps gently in BC's ear, whereupon he groggily stirs and braces himself to ask the next question>

I am NOT a Twitter user. In fact I don't do any social media, other than mumsnet. I never have. No Facebook, twittering, instaing, erm...You get the picture.

So, my first interaction with Twitter was actually this tribunal. Still not a logged on user mind! If it was as hard to understand how to use it as this lot make out I would still be stuck on the first day of the tribunal on the first tweet.

I'm not. I've read them all. It's not that hard. I've even clicked on tweets and read replies and then clicked on the the show replies button!

It really isn't rocket science.

Are we honestly to believe that not one of them, say whilst having a coffee, or a shit, didn't think "hmmm wonder if there are any more tweets I haven't seen? ".

I mean seriously DDM says he hasn't the time, or the ability, to read the replies to Allison's tweet, yet had the time to check the tweet complainers 1000 followers out?

I smell bullshit!

I like MR's questions - they have definitely given this to an experienced panel

It felt like DdM was doing a comic relief sponsorship 'don't say yes or no for a whole day'.

It has little to do with Feminism (though it did "do" coercive control), but The Archers is on thread #126 and invariably has regulars shaking their heads in despair. Outraged at the poor quality of dialogue and personalities too.
