Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

Thanks for the new thread ickky, and for the instructions in the OP about joining to watch.

Hope LandArmyJunior makes a speedy recovery, and best of luck for tomorrow Penguintears

I'm off to rest my pelvic floor for a 9am start.

Thread 14! Very impressed with Mr Reuby's questions. When he speaks you know it's going to be worth listening.

CriticalCondition · 25/05/2022 17:09

Borrows pedantry hat for a moment to say there are a number of Katherine variations in this case and that just for the record the McGahey one is a Cathryn. In case anyone is looking her up afterwards. Grin

BenCoopersSupportWren · 25/05/2022 17:14

If ever the cinematic cliche of speeding-up calendar pages blowing past was justified, that will be the DdM segment of the film.

<scene cuts back to the tribunal. Panel members and barristers can be seen snoring gently, festooned with cobwebs in a Sleeping Beautyesque bower while a soporific voice drones...ever...more...slowly. A support wren [unashamedly bigs up own part] flies into shot and cheeps gently in BC's ear, whereupon he groggily stirs and braces himself to ask the next question>

VestofAbsurdity · 25/05/2022 17:16

Tomorrow looks like it will be quite the humdinger. Thanks for the threads @ickky and to all who have commented - comments plus TT are very enlightening.

@BenCoopersSupportWren You are just trying to expand your talking parts for vulgar monetary gain. For shame!

I really liked Mr Reuby's question today.

SO DDM Just how deep did you delve into Dick Warlock and The President of the Dik and Dom Club?

What? Dick Warlock, Kurt Russell’s stunt double?

What?

Hey, a wren’s gotta live, and the cost of support mealworms is rising.

Twitter:

I am NOT a Twitter user. In fact I don't do any social media, other than mumsnet. I never have. No Facebook, twittering, instaing, erm...You get the picture.

So, my first interaction with Twitter was actually this tribunal. Still not a logged on user mind! If it was as hard to understand how to use it as this lot make out I would still be stuck on the first day of the tribunal on the first tweet.

I'm not. I've read them all. It's not that hard. I've even clicked on tweets and read replies and then clicked on the the show replies button!

It really isn't rocket science.

Are we honestly to believe that not one of them, say whilst having a coffee, or a shit, didn't think "hmmm wonder if there are any more tweets I haven't seen? ".

I mean seriously DDM says he hasn't the time, or the ability, to read the replies to Allison's tweet, yet had the time to check the tweet complainers 1000 followers out?

I smell bullshit!

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 17:25

In the film, there should also be the following moment.

MR - 'Mr Hochause'
AH - 'Hochauser, sir'
MR - Apologies Mr Hochauser

It was a joy. 👍

Chrysanthemum5 · 25/05/2022 17:26

I like MR's questions - they have definitely given this to an experienced panel

WrongWayApricot · 25/05/2022 17:29

It felt like DdM was doing a comic relief sponsorship 'don't say yes or no for a whole day'.

Madcats · 25/05/2022 17:35

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 16:42

Has there ever been a topic like this spread out over this many threads??

It has little to do with Feminism (though it did "do" coercive control), but The Archers is on thread #126 and invariably has regulars shaking their heads in despair. Outraged at the poor quality of dialogue and personalities too.

Sterling work, summarisers.

I wonder how on earth the panel (and barristers) must feel when they wake up each morning.

Mollyollydolly · 25/05/2022 17:35

Any of you old enough to remember the John Major Spitting Image puppet, that's who DdM reminded me of.

WallaceinAnderland · 25/05/2022 17:38

This was the first time I actually logged in to the hearing and it was only cos I wanted to see Michelle Brewer 😂 Couldn't have picked a worse day. I feel exhausted after all that. It's only 5.30 on a Wednesday and I'm already considering opening the wine!

I've still to catch up, just trying to keep up with the threads.

As I mentioned just before we moved over here, thanks ickky - these threads are coming faster than they did for the Dragonriders of Pern!
