ickky · 03/06/2022 15:32

The Tribunal started on 25th April, witness testimony concluded on the 26th May. Closing arguments for council will be on the 20th June. I don't know if the existing links and pins will work. I will email nearer the time to check.

If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access.
Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 20th June 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

Oh no, Mr Reuby has to drive 25 mins to his 5 o'clock meeting.

CriticalCondition · 20/06/2022 16:40

15 mins.

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 16:41

AH doing well so far with being succinct.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 16:41

Can't believe we're going to end all this saga on IO. Hope she has some good points.

Ooh. An Alice in Wonderland element in AB's pleadings according to AH.

chilling19 · 20/06/2022 16:41

Well done BC - thank you very much for your hard, hard work on this case.

Allison - thank you for being a warrior.

ickky - thank you for the threads.

Vipers - enjoyed the company.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 16:42

Hochhauser brevity fail.

CriticalCondition · 20/06/2022 16:42

AH is leaving IO about 30 seconds at this rate.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 16:42

Come on IO. Where are you?

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 16:43

AH done. Waiting for IO.

CriticalCondition · 20/06/2022 16:44

Interesting. EJG - Are we finding particular individuals at GCC discriminatory?

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 16:44

Not confident IO can answer in the two minutes available

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 16:44

Poor Mr Reuby. He's going to be late.

WomensLandArmy · 20/06/2022 16:44

AH splitting hairs now

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 20/06/2022 16:44

EJ: Miss O, can you do it equally briefly?

IO: Very long silence, rustling noise

EJ: While Miss O is preparing....

fucksake, but also😂

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 16:45

BC picking up on AH's last - only just submitted - point.
A stand off!

tigertactics · 20/06/2022 16:45

CriticalCondition · 20/06/2022 16:44

Interesting. EJG - Are we finding particular individuals at GCC discriminatory?

Exactly. Almost like chambers guilt be relevant. Surely a good sign.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/06/2022 16:45

Very spicy, AH! 😂

FacebookPhotos · 20/06/2022 16:45

Stroppy little "and always have" from Mr Hochhauser there!

dunBel · 20/06/2022 16:45

AH is absolutely DETERMINED to get the last word in, isn't he?

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 16:45

What was that?? Hochhauser acting like a toddler!

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 16:45

FacebookPhotos · 20/06/2022 16:45

Stroppy little "and always have" from Mr Hochhauser there!

I followed up with "and always will". Another comedy moment.

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 16:46

What is IO wittering on about

LeniGray · 20/06/2022 16:46

AB’s just appeared! Much respect Allison!

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 16:46

Hello AB!! We are all here for you

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 16:46
