The Tribunal started on 25th April, witness testimony concluded on the 26th May. Closing arguments for council will be on the 20th June. I don't know if the existing links and pins will work. I will email nearer the time to check.

If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access.
Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 20th June 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

It’s the summing up of this case

Crazylazydayz · 10/06/2022 18:46

@ickky do you know if the same login details can be used on the 20th or do we need to request a new login?

Thank you

Rightsraptor · 10/06/2022 19:49

I looked this morning at the Central London ET list for June 20th but Allison's name wasn't there. It's most likely me, getting things wrong, but has anyone any further info about 20th? I was also wondering if we use the same login details as before.

I looked too, it's not listed yet. I will check on Monday and if not there, I will email them and enquire.

Oh thanks I'd forgotten we aren't just waiting for the judgement.

GodisaBC · 11/06/2022 11:06

Does anyone have any idea how long it will take on Monday?
was determined to keep the day clear but I have a smear booked in the morning now!
( will try and have my video switched off for that )

Rightsraptor · 11/06/2022 11:15

If it's listed for the Monday it surely can't extend beyond that day - we saw how pressured time was during the actual hearing and if that had over run, it would have possibly gone into next year. They won't have the vagaries of witnesses to deal with at the summing up, so time management should be way easier too.

It may not take up the whole of Monday 20th. Bet it will though.

SpindleSheWrote · 11/06/2022 12:01

I may well take that day as a 'light research' day ... I think it's going to be very important.

I don't know about the log-ins, but for now I'm assuming they'll keep the same ones until I hear anything different on here.

Same. If they've got a day I bet they'll use it.

I emailed the tribunal peeps and they said that the original access link and pin should work for next Monday.

Also Prof Jo Phoenix has her first Case Management preliminary hearing today. Good Luck ProJo.

SpindleSheWrote · 13/06/2022 09:54

Yes, all the very best to Jo. I hope she comes back to report on MN, but I understand she must be really stressed and/or might want to keep her powder dry (so to speak).

She'll have Ben Cooper there with her, won't she? Hope so.

Crazylazydayz · 13/06/2022 09:56

Thank you @ickky you are doing an amazing job.

ickky · 13/06/2022 09:59

Yes she has Ben Cooper and Naomi Cunningham on her team. Her garden is only half done, she needs more gardeners if anyone else is up to it. Just google Prof Jo Phoenix.

Good luck Jo, we're rooting for you. Literally, in the gardening sense.

Thanks - I was wondering if we needed new links or what. Do we know what time it starts? Is it going to be all day?

Also, have just dug a little for Jo.

ickky · 13/06/2022 16:00

I believe it starts at 10am on the 20th June. Not sure how long it lasts.

Hmmm, got the electrician here on Monday and he says he needs to switch the power off. Legitimate excuse to take me and my laptop to the local hipster cafe for some decent coffee and homebakes?

Redshoeblueshoe · 14/06/2022 21:44

GodisaBC 😂
thanks for the new thread ickky

ThinkWittyThoughts · 15/06/2022 07:24

100% legitimate Womenslandarmy

Doooooo iiiiiittt Wink

Marscapone · 15/06/2022 09:54

Legit for sure @WomensLandArmy

I know the summing up will be the 20th. Do we expect the judgement then also, given the length of time between final submissions and the summing up?

And thanks @ickky for all the threads. I have been an enthusiastic lurker.
