ickky · 03/06/2022 15:32

The Tribunal started on 25th April, witness testimony concluded on the 26th May. Closing arguments for council will be on the 20th June. I don't know if the existing links and pins will work. I will email nearer the time to check.

If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access.
Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 20th June 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

Sorry got your name wrong as I don't have my glasses on!

Don't worry! Thank you for the reassurance Grin

SidewaysOtter · 20/06/2022 15:40

Can anyone link to the Para 38 and 39 in question? I've tried to open the links from the tribunal page but I'm getting an error message.

Pyjamagame · 20/06/2022 15:40

AH interrupting again.

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 15:40

How rude AH - no one interrupted you

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 15:40

Oh no, it's getting close to tea and biscuit time.

dunBel · 20/06/2022 15:40

And AH interrupts to contradict BC, to which BC replies "that's what I've JUST read out".

SidewaysOtter · 20/06/2022 15:40

"That's what I JUST READ OUT".

The words "you absolute fuckwit" hung heavily and yet unsaid in the air.

Birdsweepsin · 20/06/2022 15:41

Look, if we have time at the end, you can ask your asinine question andrew

ickky · 20/06/2022 15:41

AH just shaking his head now at what BC is saying. 😂

Classic comedy moment compounded by Hocky hamming up total outrage at the pure INJUSTICE.

I know, his face was a picture. Red and incredulous. He really should do some am-dram. 😂

Thank you for answering Mmmnotsure and TastefulRainbowUnicorn Smile

CriticalCondition · 20/06/2022 15:51

BC slipped a nice one in there, the beliefs of SW 'which GCC adopt'.

chilling19 · 20/06/2022 15:53

BC - 'sex with men'. SPADE.

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 15:53

BC detailing how the Grainger tests are fully met.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 15:54

Just found the proud recipient of the lying question from BC - it was DDM, on stating he hadn't seen any of the online abuse directed towards Allison. And it was as bald as I remember it being!

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 15:56

CriticalCondition · 20/06/2022 15:35

His pauses not only add to the impact of the delivery, they allow the judge to write it down verbatim. Smile

V.g. point CriticalCondition

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/06/2022 15:56

Absolutely, Chilling.

Not 'male bodied'. No euphemisms. Just clear language and stating that lesbians don't want to have sex with 'men'.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 15:57

Isn't Hoschhauser a trustee of something operatic? Not sure if he sings himself.

vivariumvivariumsvivaria · 20/06/2022 15:58

I love him. It's totally inappropriate and impossible to requite, but I would like to sit in front of BC's standing desk within swooning distance of his beautifully tied tie forever and ever and ever.

Mmmnotsure · 20/06/2022 15:59

BC is getting clearer -

At first, BC addressing cotton ceiling tweet says it's re having sex with men...male-bodied people.
Then
BC: AB and other lesbians are concerned about being labelled bigots for not having sex with men.

Given how careful we are always told we need to be, that, clear and in a formal setting, felt quite a shocking statement.

Indeed. Do we know if he is married? (Just asking for a friend, obvs....)

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 15:59

Rogue S there and it's art and ballet, not opera

Andrew Hochhauser QC was appointed as the Chairman of the Samuel Courtauld Trust in December 2019. He is a barrister at Essex Court Chambers, a Harmsworth scholar and Bencher of Middle Temple, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Deputy High Court Judge. In 2011, he obtained an MA from The Courtauld Institute of Art, where he specialised in British Modernism. He is a Trustee of the V&A Foundation, the National AIDS Trust, Ballet Black and a Governor of the University of the Arts London.

Pyjamagame · 20/06/2022 16:00

He's same sex attracted.
