The Tribunal started on 25th April, witness testimony concluded on the 26th May. Closing arguments for council will be on the 20th June. I don't know if the existing links and pins will work. I will email nearer the time to check.

If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access.
Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 20th June 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

He does wang on, doesn't he?

Pluvia · 20/06/2022 14:32

Oooooh, a paean to Kathryn McGahey: he's even defending the Nelson Mandela/ football team reference.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/06/2022 14:32

A 2 minute warning to AH from EJG.

MythicalReasonableTwitterUser · 20/06/2022 14:32

I wonder if Mr Hochauser would like to be more specific about the nature of the "intractable problem"

dunBel · 20/06/2022 14:32

EJ: 2 more minutes Mr Hochhauser
:)

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 14:33

To be fair I feel a bit for AH as the real issue is the huge amount of time IO took

LeniGray · 20/06/2022 14:33

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 20/06/2022 14:19

Who was the man of a nervous disposition? Is that the vulnerable employee or KM or SK?

I thought it was KM, and it came across weirdly sexist. Not that I'd dispute it as a factual statement but still, I got a slight whiff of "ugh, those bloody female men and their nervous dispositions."

Who was the man of a nervous disposition?

I think he said SK, of the LGBT Consortium.

Poor EJG, does she always look like that? She looks like someone who’s lost the will to live 😕

CriticalCondition · 20/06/2022 14:34

AH goes out of his way to say McGahey was an impressive, decent, honest and truthful witness.
I don't doubt she believed what she said. But what she said was still awful.

dunBel · 20/06/2022 14:34

Hochhauser now claiming the AB was accusing Morgan Page of criminal misconduct in that tweet. FFS man, massive overreach there.

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 14:34

I think EJG pretty much always looks like that - maybe this whole case has just been very trying

nauticant · 20/06/2022 14:34

AH: "Morgan Paige was accused of criminal misconduct and there's no other interpretation of that tweet".

Interesting that AH needs to rely on dishonesty.

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 14:35

Your 5 minutes is up Mr Hochhauser!

nauticant · 20/06/2022 14:35

Resume at 14.40.

Pluvia · 20/06/2022 14:35

Ben up at 14.40.

tigertactics · 20/06/2022 14:35

"I think your 5 minutes is up Mr Hochhauser". Hurrah and phew.

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 20/06/2022 14:35

How long does BC have to speak now? When do they wrap up?

WearyLady · 20/06/2022 14:35

Blimey, AH went on a bit.

MythicalReasonableTwitterUser · 20/06/2022 14:36

To be fair I feel a bit for AH as the real issue is the huge amount of time IO took

team tag?

and once again conflating coercion with assault, plus denial of the existence of cotton ceiling ideology

ickky · 20/06/2022 14:36

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 20/06/2022 14:35

How long does BC have to speak now? When do they wrap up?

I think until 5pm.

Pyjamagame · 20/06/2022 14:36

Ben is going to cut through all this twaddle (crosses fingers).

Appalonia · 20/06/2022 14:36

Can't believe they are not given allotted time slots, given how limited the time is!

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 14:36

This is why it would have been helpful to be able to read through the closing submissions before it goes live - it would have been valuable to have a context to slot things into. As stand-alone statements in the wilderness they just draw more attention to what they would probably like to distance themselves from (see also SA rugby...)

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 14:36

AH's summing up felt a bit rambling to me - but then I know I'm biased 😅are there any law types here who have a more informed opinion

LeniGray · 20/06/2022 14:36

Is it wrong that I imagine EJG necking a double scotch in this 5 mins?

vivariumvivariumsvivaria · 20/06/2022 14:37

<puts on kettle>
<heats pan for popcorn>
<goes for pee>
<gets on tenterhook>
