The Tribunal started on 25th April, witness testimony concluded on the 26th May. Closing arguments for council will be on the 20th June. I don't know if the existing links and pins will work. I will email nearer the time to check.

If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access.
Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 20th June 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Yes, I heard the original. But will Ben Copper pick up on it in his submission? Or will the judge consider it when looking at the evidence and arguments?

Sorry, that was addressed to @chilling19

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/06/2022 11:41

@IdisagreeMrHochhauser I've put some washing on and already put in on the line outside.
IO has made me very productive this morning.

Pyjamagame · 20/06/2022 11:41

Cooper, danggit.

Clymene · 20/06/2022 11:42

Droned on I think you mean IO. God, she's a dull speaker.

SidewaysOtter · 20/06/2022 11:42

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 11:38

Good grief, this is just embarrassing. It feels like someone should step in and tell her that she should stop now and let someone else have a turn.

“That will do extremely well, child. You have delighted us long enough. Let the other young ladies have time to exhibit."

Mr Bennett, Pride and Prejudice

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 11:42

Hopes raised and then dashed. She's just checking her notes in case she's missed anything....

Mumsnut · 20/06/2022 11:42

If you separated out all the 'ums' and 'ahs', and checked their cadence ... maybe they're morse code for something? A plea for help, perhaps?

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 11:42

EJ smiles when IO says she is conscious of the time. First EJ smile of the day I think.

chilling19 · 20/06/2022 11:42

Has she finished (finally). Oh no, she hasn't

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 11:43

Don't they practise this? Why is she going over time so much

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 20/06/2022 11:43

The risk as presented in evidence was (IIRC) that AB might challenge and manhandle a transwoman in the female loos!

Pyjamagame · 20/06/2022 11:43

Pyjamagame · 20/06/2022 11:41

Sorry, that was addressed to @chilling19

Sorry, it was to @Chrysanthemum5

nauticant · 20/06/2022 11:43

AH's closing is going to be much more engaging I think because there's much more that he will need to defend.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 11:44

Hahahah.

Who has logged in as 'Fidelity Fiduciary Bank'?!

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 11:44

She is going on about KM. Very well aware that they are on dodgy ground there.
To be fair SW may be able to wriggle out of anything else - KM was the most damaging of their witnesses.

chilling19 · 20/06/2022 11:44

Come on love, get it over the line, so we can move on.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 11:45

This is actually relevant so a bit annoying she remembered this. Diversity champions and Workplace Equality Index are different.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 11:46

Birdsweepsin · 20/06/2022 11:40

RMW? 😕

I was thinking more along the lines of a random by-passer. Just someone to kindly tell her she's done really well and why doesn't she go and get a biscuit from the kitchen now and let someone else have a go.

ickky · 20/06/2022 11:46

Hurry up IO, you are eating into BC's time.

OP posts:
IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 20/06/2022 11:46

Yes - KM was the one who issued the direct statement to GCC detailing all AB's "crimes" in the eyes of Stonewall, with the ominous parting words: "I trust you'll do what is right" (or similar)

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 11:47

Please can we have a washing break EJG?!?!

chilling19 · 20/06/2022 11:48

to sum up, SW is not at fault in any way at all, Allison is a bigot and deserves every thing that she got, any volunteers that align to SW are nothing to do we them, and medcalf was gently suggesting some stuff.

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 11:49

I'm disappointed that they get equal allocations of time when SW have such a relatively small amount of evidence to consider.

Boiledbeetle · 20/06/2022 11:49

IO is twiddling with her hair trying to answer the judge. She's very uncomfortable

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 11:49

I really want to make a joke about having a 'mental element' but it wouldn't be in the spirit.
