The Tribunal started on 25th April, witness testimony concluded on the 26th May. Closing arguments for council will be on the 20th June. I don't know if the existing links and pins will work. I will email nearer the time to check.

If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 20th June 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

Watching IO (and thinking back to the GCC witnesses) I hope that anyone out there thinking that they might like to be a barrister but probably wouldn't be good enough to join such a highly regarded, elite profession...

I just laughed at May Duppname.

I think she is arguing that whatever the STAG and the support person with the mum and dog were not acting on SW's behalf.

It must be difficult for her - she is trying to discredit another working class black barrister.

Thanks @chilling19 so the stonewall advisory group and its members were not related to stonewall - good to know stonewall will throw its own people under the bus

IO again separating Medcalf out from the main points of her arguments about SW not having instructed GCC. That'll be "rogue actor" Medcalf.

I think that is what she was arguing, but I could be wrong.

How could the Stonewall Trans Advisory Group NOT be working on behalf of Stonewall?!

Earlier in the tribunal, DH & I were discussing companies & the Stonewall scheme, & he came up with 'tickety-box tickety-boo' which I feel is inspired & could form the basis of a number in 'Tribunal - the Musical'.

I think at the original evidence they put forward the idea that it was a voluntary committee so not officially stonewall

Ahh, now IO is dealing separately with Medcalf. According to IO it simply expresses concern about AB's actions, ie targeting a Stonewall employee for abuse on a public platform.

I really hope for IO's sake that she doesn't take up playing poker.

I am impressed so much by EJG keeping track of all this - however much she's paid it it's not enough

Referring now to KM's email "not an instruction"
So asking GCC "to do the right thing" is just asking them to stand with the trans community.
KM doesn't ask them to do anything in particular.

That was a definite eye roll from EJG.

I've been sorting washing while IO drones on. It does help to follow when having something practical to do simultaneously.

And while we find this annoying - how hard must this be for Allison to listen to?
