another one... she was so stuck in the echo chamber she had surrounded herself in that she couldn't see she was being discriminating to Allison.

GAHgamel · 26/05/2022 11:48

"Mr Cooper!" - bingo!

Chrysanthemum5 · 26/05/2022 11:48

Oh she is in a grump now

chilling19 · 26/05/2022 11:48

BC - you were actively soliciting to build a case against Allison weren't you?

Cue outrage

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 26/05/2022 11:48

As excrutiating as MB's testimony is, I think we need 2 days with her, not 1/2 a day. She is appalling, and has a shitload of explaining to do.

tabbycatstripy · 26/05/2022 11:48

MR COOPER!!

There is no other interpretation of 'please send me stuff so I can send it to her bosses' than the one BC puts on it.

WallaceinAnderland · 26/05/2022 11:49

BC you were actively solicitor to build a case weren't you.

MB MR COOPER! 😂

ickky · 26/05/2022 11:49

No she wouldn't put in a complaint, just got everyone else to do it, she is a coward.

Chrysanthemum5 · 26/05/2022 11:49

And she must have excellent bladder control given how much water she drinks

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 26/05/2022 11:49

The indignant outrage (faux or real) has appeared!

Mrskettleson · 26/05/2022 11:49

“Mr Cooper!!”

good grief!!!!

nauticant · 26/05/2022 11:49

Hurray, back to Renton and his surveillance of the claimant and secretly reporting on her.

Zeugma · 26/05/2022 11:50

MB says if she'd wanted to build a case against AB she would have done, and it wouldn’t have ended there.

Remind me again, aren’t we actually in a tribunal right now? So it didn't end there?

LolaLouLou · 26/05/2022 11:50

CriticalCondition · 26/05/2022 11:41

MB is such a dominating figure I can't see how the tribunal could fail to see how she influences stuff even if the written trail is gappy. She's like a steamroller. She's been talking over the judge in this hearing FFS. Members and staff in chambers haven't a hope of standing up to her.

Yes!

Pyjamagame · 26/05/2022 11:50

She's gone all Yorkshire all of a sudden

WallaceinAnderland · 26/05/2022 11:50

If I log in this afternoon as I'm Not on Twitter, will they kick me out do we think?

Boiledbeetle · 26/05/2022 11:51

onto the we did not gossip about Allison defence

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 26/05/2022 11:51

mb: "there was no whispering in the corridors about AB"

yeah right

GAHgamel · 26/05/2022 11:51

She says everything has been disclosed, but she brought up an email that she hadn't disclosed only 5 minutes ago. How can we be sure that there aren't other ones she overlooked?

ickky · 26/05/2022 11:51

Told her flying monkeys it warranted a complaint.

OP posts:
Clymene · 26/05/2022 11:51

I'm not based in London, I'm rarely in chambers.

There was no gossiping in the corridors.

IF YOU WEREN'T THERE, HOW DID YOU KNOW?

NancyDrawed · 26/05/2022 11:51

MB says there was no discussion about AB in chambers, but that it had to be her being referenced as she was the only member of chambers posting controversial things on twitter
