The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

This is just awful. Since McGahey fed back into the complaints process, then not deliberately withholding part of the material from AB must have risked negatively influencing the process for AB.

She omitted the bit which said 'because otherwise why would a workshop be necessary'.

She was assisting them to come to the right decision. Obviously

It seems SH asked and directed the "guidance" to anything that supports the GCC position. Which as we all know is pro trans.

If it is not their position in words it certainly is in deeds.

I don't believe her. I was prepared to, but I don't.

SH gave a strange, strained little laugh when she said that the cuts she'd made to AB's piece on the cotton ceiling weren't in any way made with the intention of misleading or making things more difficult for Allison.

I don't think I've heard her laugh like that elsewhere when giving evidence. Very odd.

Surely it's easier just to send the whole thing than edit it?

Surely if you're provided a copy of the report before it's finalised, that's not the final report?
