The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

HOW Garden Court didn't think this would damage their reputation - even if it goes in their favour, there's been a LOT of dirty laundry aired - escapes me.

Any closed world is a hotbed of gossip and intrigue at the best of times. The idea that we all stick to neutral, polite topics is laughable

SH seems rather flustered and annoyed - I contrast how angry and aggressive the GCC witnesses have been compared to Alison's dignity

SH decided that they couldn't present AB material to McGahey because AB didn't consent to this but no one at GCC asked AB if she consented.

they think they are all being so clever with their word salad all anyone is hearing, from all sides now. "we didn't think about Allison, we din't give a fuck about Allison because her views made her so unworthy of thought we just didn't bother about her at all..

BC: you took the extract MS gave you, and omitted all the first para from the explanation which is the bit that AB said was the coercive behaviour

SH I was asked what was the content of the workshop. My assessment was she was looking for happened at the workshop. For that reason I didn't provide what AB said about the workshop.
