The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

BC saying ‘that isn’t how this works/you know how this works’ was missing from the bingo card.

SH telling EJ Goodman and the panel how to do their job. That'll go down well!

I think this is going to get rather uncomfortable for SH. She's talking less for a start.

I did my bit for feminism by showing men that women were perfectly able a mans jobs.

of course I did that within a framework of wandering hands, misogynistic comments, false assumptions about my sexual choices and likes and the assumption I would be sleeping my way up the ladder.

But I did my bit. It was infuriating and slow, but I knew I had to do it for the future generation.

Allison is my generation, she has likewise done her bit. She shouldn't have to still be fighting all this shit in 20 bloody 22!

So SH asked for guidance from CM and then directed CM on what to find.

GCC staff should be ashamed. They are all about equality etc etc, but have treated a colleague disgracefully.

I do not believe her version of how it happened to be CM who gave the guidance, and she just happened to be a grand high priestess of transactivism.

She didn't engage with it carefully nor send to CM because MS was the one providing the info. So she didn't consider AB's response because that wasn't her role. WTAF.

Great, SH is blaming Maya Sikand for not providing the material to give to McGahey.

SH: It's MS's fault as to what was or wasn't sent to the bar council. I was dependent on Maya to send me what or wasn't relevant.

One thing I am very much enjoying is the appalled silence from SH and other witnesses when BC says: "So you confirm xyz?" "Yes" "So now may I direct your attention to the email/screenshot etc at page blah of the bundle?" and they realise they have just contradicted themselves.
