"GCC has no position on the trans rights issue"

Ok then - how many pro-gender ideology conferences/meetings/groups etc did GCC host?
And how many gender critical conferneces/meetings/groups etc did GCC host?

IloveHolby · 26/05/2022 14:45

katmarie · 26/05/2022 14:45

the media said these guys were baaaaad. Instead of looking into it thoroughly and applying those immense legal brains to confirming the facts, they decided to believe the pink news of all news outlets, and kneejerk respond accordingly.

Nicely put. I hope this is EJG take on things.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 26/05/2022 14:45

Does she mean someone printed out a MN thread for her?

ickky · 26/05/2022 14:45

She is going very red now. (while she lies)

OP posts:
Gabcsika · 26/05/2022 14:45

She didn't think LGBA were anti-trans, because mainstream reliable media like Pink news were reporting them as anti-trans, and therefore they must have been anti-trans.

And that didn't align with our chambers.

But our chambers aren't aligned with anyone.

Did I get the sum of is?

Mmmnotsure · 26/05/2022 14:46

That's enough namedropping, SH, thank you.

Is she getting pinker?

Birdsweepsin · 26/05/2022 14:46

I think she just said she had no idea Stonewall had anything to do with trans rights at all?

MissPollysFitDolly · 26/05/2022 14:46

Lots of waffle and contradiction. And she's very red in the face.

awkwardoldlady · 26/05/2022 14:46

She didn't think SW was 'one of the organisations involved' ?

Is this plausible

awkwardoldlady · 26/05/2022 14:47

she is getting flustered and red in the face now

Roseglen84 · 26/05/2022 14:47

Birdsweepsin · 26/05/2022 14:46

I think she just said she had no idea Stonewall had anything to do with trans rights at all?

Yes, how strange.

WookeyHole · 26/05/2022 14:47

She has gone very pink. True colours Grin

NancyDrawed · 26/05/2022 14:47

SH must have that awful prickly feeling you get when things aren't going your way / you get caught out, by the look of her

nauticant · 26/05/2022 14:47

I was wondering why SH would follow the showstopper MB. Maybe it's because BC having studied the emails and her witness statements realised she'd be all over the place and the GCC witnesses would end on that note.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 26/05/2022 14:48

She should have got her story straight, with herself, before today

Ereshkigalangcleg · 26/05/2022 14:48

Unlike say, Stonewall.

StrongOutspokenOftenIrritating · 26/05/2022 14:48

DM might not be reliable but it’s the most read paper in the U.K.

WookeyHole · 26/05/2022 14:48

Partial throwing blame onto TW that she thought the statement would be discussed with AB.

Was he the one with the itchy arse?

Alisae · 26/05/2022 14:49

Hmmm.

I assumed that a barrister would be immune to becoming a beetroot when flustered/brazenly lying.

Boiledbeetle · 26/05/2022 14:49

They all tie themselves in knots due to their obviously waffle answers earlier

Mmmnotsure · 26/05/2022 14:49

Can we have very carefully on the bingo card please

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 26/05/2022 14:50

If no one at GCC had any idea what the hell Stonewall was about, what it stood for, it's slogans etc - why the fcuk did they become Stonewall Diversity Champions?

Appalonia · 26/05/2022 14:50

This is one group of pp who REALLY need to go away and educate themselves...

nauticant · 26/05/2022 14:50

SH: it was the fault of The Independent, I assumed, it being MSM, I could rely on what it said about the LGBA.

MrsDrake · 26/05/2022 14:50

So she looked at the reporting, and instead of actually looking at the organisation itself, she took the (hardly mainstream or reliable) media at their word.

Because everyone knows that media is never ever biased. Or wrong.
