The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

She didn't think LGBA were anti-trans, because mainstream reliable media like Pink news were reporting them as anti-trans, and therefore they must have been anti-trans.

And that didn't align with our chambers.

I was wondering why SH would follow the showstopper MB. Maybe it's because BC having studied the emails and her witness statements realised she'd be all over the place and the GCC witnesses would end on that note.

She should have got her story straight, with herself, before today

I assumed that a barrister would be immune to becoming a beetroot when flustered/brazenly lying.

If no one at GCC had any idea what the hell Stonewall was about, what it stood for, it's slogans etc - why the fcuk did they become Stonewall Diversity Champions?

This is one group of pp who REALLY need to go away and educate themselves...

SH: it was the fault of The Independent, I assumed, it being MSM, I could rely on what it said about the LGBA.

So she looked at the reporting, and instead of actually looking at the organisation itself, she took the (hardly mainstream or reliable) media at their word.

Because everyone knows that media is never ever biased. Or wrong.
