The subject heading of the email request should read

BH asking if you are going to put out a statement distancing from an anti trans org shouldn't you first check it is an anti trans org.

SH now referencing she checked in the Independent as the main stream media.

So the sum total of her research was reading a headline in The Independent to decide that LGBA was anti trans.

BC should you have checked the claims that LGB is a transphobic group?

SH Independant and Pink News said it was anti trans and transphobic so I did act on that.

Methinks SH is proving a very good witness to finish on.

As we know, GCC members only read news that is not paywalled....

I now need to know how the sequence of witnesses is determined. Is it one side's choice, is it a negotiation, does the judge decide?

Yes. I wish now if I'd done more work this morning and not wasted so long on MB.

Is this considered a reasonable level of critical thinking / due diligence for the average barrister?

I would love BC to ask her where she usually picks up her copy of PN or the independent these days...

I'm still waiting for a definition of "violence" and "harm". I've been waiting quite a while now.

SH Headlines said LGBA was anti trans so I said the connection to GCC via Allison was an affront to memory of colleague.

Aren't lawyers supposed to look at facts not headlines. Gobsmacking.

She's just proving that again they didn't think about what Allison was going through, experiencing etc. They really did not give a fuck about her

If a person holds perfectly legitimate (though unpopular) protected views, surely an organisation can't sack them and use "reputational risk" as a get-out-of-jail-free card?

The problem is the words "Alison Bailey of GCC" in the newspaper linked to an anti trans position.

Clarify and Correct. Seems very much like she thought AB should be given a chance to wind her neck in.

Now admits she didn't 'know' that LGBA were transphobic. So where does that leave them?

SH Whether or not LGBA was anti trans, how could I know. I did not know.

SH: "How could I have known or found out that LGBA was transphobic?"

Who would want this person as their barrister in a serious legal matter?

I know that this is probably the last of the issues with this hearing, but why is there a God Fearing Christian sharing links to the bundle?

Is it me, or was that self-contradictory? To me, it made no bloody sense. And even if one bit is taken as being correct, there are other actions that could have been taken at that point.
