The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

MB says it potentially compromised Chambers as a safe space.

BC asks whether her principal concern was AB expressing views that might upset MB's client base.

MB says that makes it sound benign. AB was expressing views that MB's traumatised clients would find disturbing and would make them unsafe.

How did she know how to read it?

MB says AB was compromising her ability to take instruction from her clients.

But female victims of trauma aren't allowed a safe space from men?

Suddenly victims of trauma are terribly important to her....

totally ignoring any trauma allison may potentially be experiencing

Why doesn't BC just cut in and stop her going on?

Oh ffs. Only trans women are victims of violence and trauma? Women never afflicted obviously. Fuming.

What about WOMEN who were victims of serious trauma, don't they deserve a safe space too?

Allison is a victim of trauma so chambers needed a safe space for her too!

Just as a matter of interest, has there ever been a modern, connected, fast-moving workplace of so many high-functioning, extremely highly-educated professional people, in the 21st century, who don’t use Twitter and don’t understand anything about it?

MB She was expressing views that people who have experienced trauma might be affected by, might think not a safe space. EG paintings in conference rooms might upset victims of traffiking.
