The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

Michelle Brewer is a Tribunal Judge in the Immigration Chamber - she will be judging Immigration and Asylum cases, not ordinary criminal cases. This may account for her being sympathetic to, for example, transwomen asylum seekers.

beggars the question, how many asylum seekers only feel safe to embrace their gender ideology after they have taken legal advice?

I can't believe she's denying the TRWG was about trying to generate work... being a lawyer is ALL about generating work and making money!!!

MB is saying that's out of context and they weren't operating as a consolidated group.

MB claiming that this section of her pre-complaint about AB was talking about individual barristers. That is bollocks.

MB talking about some of the trans rights work she has done and what she was explaining about that in her email about the TRWG. She wasn't making the TRWG itself out to be a hub of expertise (paraphrasing).
