The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

(Point here for me is that AB and MB disagree on the issue and that is supposed to be okay. The issue is that she then discriminated against AB for disagreeing with her.)

MB - Attributing male pattern offending to transwomen when it is cis men's - and they have completely different lived experiences is offensive and awful (not verbatim)

Also Mb - I am sure you can show me stats that prove me wrong...

BC brings MB to Sex Matters evidence to the WESC. Citations given (Swedish study and report by Women Are Human). Points out that he isn't here to debate the statistics, but the evidence does exist.

Is tomorrow the last day? Do you think it would be worth getting access for the summations? Or are they still giving access?

I've only been following on here when I can, I know it's very late to the party, but I'm off today and tomorrow, and would like to hear some of the ridiculous testimonies...

MB's position is that because she is on the right side of history, any evidence that is inconsistent with her side simply has to be disregarded and any reference to it is illegitimate.
