The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

EJG - 'I'm going to bust you with a stick you stupid assholes'.

I mean!

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 12:16

LOL;

EJ reads out: I'm going to bust you with a stick you stupid arseholes.

I actually proper witch laughed.

nauticant · 25/05/2022 12:16

Huge LOL at EJ reading "I'm going to bust you with a stick you stupid assholes"

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 12:16

EJ reading out abusive tweet trying to get DDM to hurry the fuck up?

TheBiologyStupid · 25/05/2022 12:16

EJG: "I'm going to bust your ass with a stick you stupid asshokes"!

Knittyknittybangbang · 25/05/2022 12:16

Now the EJ is reading out abusive tweets, I properly laughed.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 12:16

'I'm going to bust you with a stick you stupid assholes' said by EJG. It sounds more shocking in her voice.

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 12:17

I can see clearly now the rain has gone

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 12:17

I laughed too. Glad it wasn't just me.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 25/05/2022 12:17

So even the Director of Communications, the guy who sent up the flare to HOC alerting them to the 'unprecedented' Twitterstorm 'didn't have time' to read the replies. FFS.

Sorry, nearly fell off my chair to the sound of EJG 'I'm going to bust you with a stick you stupid assholes.' 😲

CriticalCondition · 25/05/2022 12:17

EJ - 'I'm going to bust you with a stick you stupid assholes'.

oviraptor21 · 25/05/2022 12:17

DDM looking ever more flushed.

pardonmytits · 25/05/2022 12:17

EJ: Is that the tweet where someone says ‘I’ll bust you with a stick you bunch of arseholes’

I enjoy EJ swearing almost as much as Ben 🤣

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 12:18

AH interruption

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 12:18

Got it in one there AH.

WallaceinAnderland · 25/05/2022 12:18

Has DDM taken anti anxiety medication maybe?

Zeugma · 25/05/2022 12:18

Thank god I’m muted because I’m laughing so much at EJG's intervention

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 12:18

Interruption by AH.

EJG waves BC on.

corlan · 25/05/2022 12:18

I suspect the idiot that tweeted that imagined themselves as sounding more like Robert De Niro in Goodfellas.

nauticant · 25/05/2022 12:18

In my experience of twitter, in a long thread of replies the algorithm often pushes unpleasant tweets towards to end, and then there's a clickable section to show properly unpleasant replies.

Mumsnut · 25/05/2022 12:18

EJ is officially Someone With Whom We Could Drink

oviraptor21 · 25/05/2022 12:18

AH looking very grumpy that his objection has been brushed aside by EJ

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 12:19

BC - 'Did you give any thought about how AB might be experiencing it, or how she might be feeling?'

GCRich · 25/05/2022 12:20

I find it very hard to believe every last word that DdM is saying

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 12:20

I am a great chair in meetings, but DDM's mode of delivery would test my skills I think.
