The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Watching this I notice the tribunal judge had a nice crest behind her.

The tribunal judge at my tribunal just had about three weeks worth of ironing sat behind her!

Foot-stamping from JR!

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 16:34

BC just laughing at JR. She is possibly the most annoying human in the world.

TheBiologyStupid · 25/05/2022 16:35

JR slapped down by EJ Goodman

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 16:35

JR getting snippy...EJG not convinced.

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 16:35

It doesn’t matter if AB sometimes used hyperbolic language. So what?

nauticant · 25/05/2022 16:36

JR is being spoonfed lines by AH.

Mollyollydolly · 25/05/2022 16:36

What I don't understand. Things were getting nasty, surely in any professional situation you would respond in language that could not be criticised, you would want to be seen as neutral and fair, not abusive and bullying. Because you might end up being quoted in an employment tribunal?

LipbalmOrKnickers · 25/05/2022 16:36

Sorry - was trying to reply to Boiledbeetle - EJG might be concealing her ironing too, it's a background that she hasn't paid the license for (she explained on first day!)

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 16:36

AH like a little puppet master in the background. 😂

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 25/05/2022 16:37

Geezus JR - drop it! you're arguing against the EJ now!

CriticalCondition · 25/05/2022 16:37

Is AH feeding JR lines from off camera?

ickky · 25/05/2022 16:37

nauticant · 25/05/2022 16:36

JR is being spoonfed lines by AH.

Yes rudely talking over EJ to do so.

He is at it again.

Allison wasn't wrong about him being bad for the business

Mollyollydolly · 25/05/2022 16:37

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 16:34

BC just laughing at JR. She is possibly the most annoying human in the world.

I strongly agree.

Bosky · 25/05/2022 16:38

Well SS misstated the relevant law - so "legally incompetent" is accurate in that context.

Birdsweepsin · 25/05/2022 16:38

No swears or cats from anyone as we end?

ickky · 25/05/2022 16:38
