The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

Brilliantly shifty eye contact from DDM.

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 12:20

Not credible that DDM would NOT have seen unpleasant replies and abuse

LipbalmOrKnickers · 25/05/2022 12:20

EJG's pronunciation of Mr De Menezes is giving me strong flashbacks to Dr. Hfuhruhurr yesterday.

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 12:20

AH is looking decidedly pissed off.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 12:20

DdM: I didn't see any threats, just a lot of criticism.

BC 🤨

Zeugma · 25/05/2022 12:21

(Also chapeau to SunnyLobelia Grin)

malloo · 25/05/2022 12:21

maybe his eyes flicked off to the side every time there was an abusive tweet so he genuinely didn't see them?

User237845 · 25/05/2022 12:21

BC trying to get DDM to admit he saw abuse and threats. DDM only admitting to seeing criticism. Women don't matter eh?

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 12:21

"Repeated use of the F word". Oh go on EJG say it, say it.

oviraptor21 · 25/05/2022 12:21

Oh nice response by EJ of the difference between threats, criticism and abuse.

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 12:21

I definitely want to drink with EJ.

Boiledbeetle · 25/05/2022 12:21

I don't recall! FFS

NancyDrawed · 25/05/2022 12:22

ifIwerenotanandroid · 25/05/2022 12:04

Twitter has been blocking off the page & telling the user to join twitter to see more - I thought there was a way round it but I can't remember what it is. Anyone?

The way round it that I've been using (which someone else on here suggested) is to click to sign up on the pop up, then close the following pop up - hope that makes sense

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 12:22

Given it was 3 years ago... bingo

"Almost 1000 replies" needs to go on the bingo card.

oviraptor21 · 25/05/2022 12:22

^^ EJ responding to another interruption by AH

Lougle · 25/05/2022 12:22

His eyes shift up every time he lies.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 12:22

BC - 'Did you notice repeated use of the f word?

dworky · 25/05/2022 12:22

It's as if Mr de Menezes is playing the 'musn't say yes or no' game.

malloo · 25/05/2022 12:22

AH objecting because he hears how bad these abusive tweets sound read out loud

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 12:22

How did he not see this. He's so evasive.

TheBiologyStupid · 25/05/2022 12:22

DdM not credible - does not recall seeing messages with abusive profane language.

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 12:22

How can DDM say he didn't notice any of this?

Knittyknittybangbang · 25/05/2022 12:22

aarrghh, DmM is driving me nuts..

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 12:23

At least the slowness of DDM's responses must be a break for Tribunal Tweets. They might even be able to sit there for a bit until the next one.

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 12:23

This is lying, and we all know it.
