In other words, AB made a serious allegation of victimisation and KC treated it like a trip to the headmistress.

Pyjamagame · 25/05/2022 16:16

So as long as you mouth back if you're victimised, you're not actually victimised.

TopKnotch · 25/05/2022 16:16

I've been in a meeting and missed about 15 pages of this thread!

awkwardoldlady · 25/05/2022 16:16

I'm reminded of the kind of fragility where a white person complains that a colleague has been unbelievably offensive and hurtful in calling them racist.

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 16:16

Right: he was included in the SAR and so he retaliated. It was a clear retaliation to a protected act.

ickky · 25/05/2022 16:16

TeenPlusCat · 25/05/2022 16:12

Why does Bill Roach/ Coronation Street keep being mentioned??

SS mentioned it in his rude letter.

So is BC making the case that Allison faced hostility from all sides?

nauticant · 25/05/2022 16:18

Because Ameanstreakamilewide that would simply be a rude man explaining how his rude email was not rude. BC is going after a biased investigation by GCC which is far more potent to show prejudicial treatment.

yes in the end they both apologised and that was a good outcome [??????😡]

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 16:18

KC's stuttering is hilarious.

bu.... uh... the... the....ug..... um.. um yes.

BellaAmorosa · 25/05/2022 16:19

Only following on this thread, so I may have misunderstood the issue, but surely saying that words or deeds will bite someone in the ass means they will regret what they said/did. It's not abusive.

TopKnotch · 25/05/2022 16:20

What time are they planning to finish?

BellaAmorosa · 25/05/2022 16:21

Whoops, should have refreshed! I see we have moved on.

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 16:21

EJ interjection! Gosh she's so sharp.

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 16:22

Unclear if Simlet redacted names etc in data he gave to AB and which he said she could not share

TheBiologyStupid · 25/05/2022 16:23

Sounds like BC is fairly close to wrapping up with this witness?

Pyjamagame · 25/05/2022 16:23

umming and erring goes up a notch

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 16:23

hostile and discourteous statements, but only from AB, Simlets were merely 'robust, Double standards

Not "lady like" language is maybe the issue?

OK for Simblet to be incredibly offensive but a nice girl should not say gasp "ass"?

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 16:18

bu.... uh... the... the....ug..... um.. um yes.

Bloody hell, yes!

It doesn’t give an impression of sincerity or directness, does it?

Also, by her tit for tat/both sides analogy, Ukraine responding “robustly” to Russia’s “robust” invasion puts Ukraine on the same moral footing as Russia.

Another weasel in the long list of weasels.

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 16:24

They were completely blind to her vulnerability, weren’t they?

Queenoftheashes · 25/05/2022 16:24

Ok I see why Bill Roach has had to work so far into his dotage

Hope so, I need to start tea so DC2 gets to cubs on time.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 25/05/2022 16:24

@SettingsO No I don't think that's an accurate representation

nauticant · 25/05/2022 16:24

Overall I'd say today's been a decent day for AB, at least on some detriments. There cross-examination of DdM gave weight to the fact that Stonewall did have some broad influence over GCC's activities, rather than some isolated support by individuals who didn't discuss this with each other, and the cross-examination of KC and her blustering to excuse SS's dreadful unprofessional engagements and her inadequate and partial "investigation" was very interesting.
