The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

Another GCC person "astounded" to find herself accused of less-than-wonderful behaviour! How very dare AB!

BC rightly points out the asymmetric treatment of AB and SS, even though AB is the one bringing the discrimination claim and hers were the protected acts.

Allison's apology was so nice.... It's infantilising, no?

Did SS have to apologise to anyone?

KC trying to make out that SS was “provoked” by the legitimate request from PD on behalf of Allison, and therefore justified in his abusive response.

You've articulated what bothered me most about his response. A SAR is a neutral act of requesting data, if you hold data on me I have a right to request a copy of it. You as the data holder have a responsibility to produce it (within some limits). I find it hard to understand why anyone would be so furiously nasty about a data request. It seems to me that there was an underlying hostility to AB already, otherwise SS response is a massive overreaction.

It sounds like they both had to apologise, but notable that she said Allison’s apology was actually the kinder, more sincere of the two, even though it seems to me she had far less to apologise for, if anything at all.

All that shows to me is how AB is fundamentally a much more decent human being.

And she's still labelled on screen as AH - I don't think they're faking their technological incompetence.

Watching this I notice the tribunal judge had a nice crest behind her.

The tribunal judge at my tribunal just had about three weeks worth of ironing sat behind her!

If this was Midsomer Murders, Kathryn definitely saw the murder happen, but won't tell as she likes the person who did it

No, KC, it doesn't work like that.
