The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

DDM expects us to ignore the facts right in front of our eyes - ie that GCC was clearly on one side of the issue - the gender ideology/ self-id side, NOT the feminist, gender critical side - they weren't even neutral, not at all, they were purely on the gender side

BC - not a single example of promoting gender critical views.

My comment - I think he can be sure, because if this had happened he would have had another Twitter storm to deal with.

Just as they all say the clerks' room chat is always about football, TRWG is always an 'email group'.

It's not a group that I set up and I don't recall attending any meetings.

Did GCC witnesses not read the documents they had supplied in disclosure? Not realise that they would be found out??

Hold on. GCC didn't align itself with self-ID? That won't go down well.

What was DdM doing with his eyes when he was trying not to answer dealing with the absence of support for the GC stance? Scary AF.

You have a team. 1500 tweets is about 9 tweets a day assuming no working weekends and generous holiday/training time away from the day job. 1.2 tweets per hour or thereabouts. It’s not a huge number that’s unmanageable.

He’s disagreed with previous evidence, hasn’t someone else said they WERE pursuing trans rights work

Doesn't matter now, the purity spiral has already started, GCC are out of favour.
