ickky · 03/06/2022 15:32

The Tribunal started on 25th April, witness testimony concluded on the 26th May. Closing arguments for council will be on the 20th June. I don't know if the existing links and pins will work. I will email nearer the time to check.

If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access.
Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 20th June 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

I've tried to log back in this pm. I show in the left hand side as observer (with microphone cut out), but all I get is a blank screen and no sound (my screen and sound are on). Anyone any idea what to do?

Sounds like you turned the camera and mic off at the first screen. Log out and make sure you haven't selected any options in the drop down.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 14:14

Is this new information?? I don't remember anyone colliding with a bin!

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/06/2022 14:14

I think AH's referring to SK.

CriticalCondition · 20/06/2022 14:15

Here we go. AH throwing SW witness under the bus. MB a reliable witness. SK not.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 14:15

Ha! MB bumping the rubbish bin in the car. I don't remember that bit. I didn't see all of MB's evidence.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 20/06/2022 14:15

She was in her car, on holiday, in the car, with her children
and then
SHE BUMPED INTO A RUBBISH BIN DURING THE COURSE OF THIS CONVERSATION

Did we know this last bit before????

nauticant · 20/06/2022 14:16

Unless you've got an underlying problem in your set-up Mmmnotsure, you've just got to keep logging out and then back in again till you can see and hear the tribunal.

You just have to keep trying. It's very busy, all waiting for Ben Cooper. I can see people joining every few seconds.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 14:16

That bit has to be in the film. With dramatic music. And the bin falling over in slow motion as passers by gasp.

ickky · 20/06/2022 14:17

Pluvia · 20/06/2022 14:10

Yes, it was the high point.

I'm trying to imagine the bottomless depths of patience and attention to detail required to be a judge. How does EJG do it?

Massive Spliffs?

First ever mention of MB colliding with a bin while on a call with SK! Minor collision has always been unspecified before.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 14:17

Does anyone remember the bin? I think we would have remembered it, even against the general farce of some of the witness testimony.

nauticant · 20/06/2022 14:18

I think the bin incident in new in terms of testimony or argument given in court.

Could this be the smoking bin gun?

Just took me 7 attempts to log on. I think it must just be very busy, I managed fine this morning.

Guess BC is the headline act and no one was that bothered about the warm up IO?

Pluvia · 20/06/2022 14:18

Just tried to count up the number watching and I reckon it can't be far off 200.

Massive Spliffs?

Very tempted to courier EJG some. She's earned them.

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 20/06/2022 14:19

Who was the man of a nervous disposition? Is that the vulnerable employee or KM or SK?

I thought it was KM, and it came across weirdly sexist. Not that I'd dispute it as a factual statement but still, I got a slight whiff of "ugh, those bloody female men and their nervous dispositions."

Thank you. Checked but I haven't. Lots of people in the chat seem to be having the same issue - just say keep trying...

The ever-expanding emotional support team was indeed a joy to behold Roseglen84

The memes would have been legendary 😀

Roseglen84 · 20/06/2022 14:21

AH must have well gone over his allotted time by now...

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 14:21

Yes I took 5 attempts to get in

Madcats · 20/06/2022 14:21

I don't remember mention of the bin.

GrimDamnFanjo · 20/06/2022 14:21

Can only see a blank scree too :(

Chrysanthemum5 · 20/06/2022 14:22

I remember mention that she crashed her car into something
