The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

EJG definitely looks like she's losing the will to live here.

Didn't she have a car accident whilst in Scotland, which is why she couldn't make the TON meeting at GC(C) and spoke to Shaan Knan by phone instead? Not suggesting these things are connected, of course.

Probably not helpful, but true. How many people have been blocked on social media by Stonewall when they are pointing out the campaign of harassment, intimidation and threats? How many times have Stonewall called it out?

IO and RMW seem to be the only people who freeze their cameras, don't they?

They have for at least an hour or more.

All the flim flam that various GC people have come up with about how they are above such things is really interesting. They all keep saying: there are loads of us, we are all very busy, everyone works hard, everyone has a job to do.... and they seem to be implying that being nasty to someone is something that requires a huge amount of effort which no one had to spare over and above all that very very important day to day work. But the reality is, it's the opposite! It's very busy, ambitious people who do not have time to require justice of themselves or anyone they manage. It's a part of the job that they just decided that they didn't have to do, however unconsciously

Is anyone else having problems viewing? For the first time I've got a black screen and no sound. Tried logging out and back in again, but no luck! I've been on since the start too.

You don't need to log out, it's them, not you. They've been frozen several times during these proceedings.

Maybe you have to be like that — totally convinced that you are right about everything, completely fixed and blinkered in your opinions — to be a judge. I only know one other female judge and I don't think she'd be impressed by MB's performance.

I wish Ben had brought in the petition to stonewall asking for respectful discussion which was responded to with a resounding no. The whole discussion over no debate would be cleared up with that.
