The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

I think that slipped through without him intending it to. Immediate reaction to a woman calling out a problem=> minimise the impact by making it seem insignificant. Woman is obviously overreacting. Unfortunately, it's a common male strategy which probably usually works well for him (when speaking informally with other men) Not this time though - came across terribly.

DDM is a bit on the ropes here over him relying on the abuse and death threats to AB as showing damage to GCC, which considering he was just saying how he didn't pay much attention to them is a dog's breakfast of an argument.
