The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

Kathryn Cronin is really not enjoying being Stephen Simblet QC's human shield.

Can't imagine why the respondents would not want these documents to be downloadable. I can't imagine that Mr Simblet's email there is going to win him clients and fans. Anyone crowd sourcing their legal fees now knows not to instruct him for a start.

But no @LipbalmOrKnickers SS had to take time away from vulnerable clients to do the search and then more time to write several arsey emails. Of course he could have complied at first and saved a lot of time

Looking at some of the documents we've seen over the past few weeks it's a scandal that the vast majority of them will cease to be publicly accessible when the proceedings close.
