The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

'risk of contagion' didn't stop you tweeting that Allison was being investigated before any decision had been made about whether she was in the wrong at all.

DDM is pretty much saying that they caved to the complainants because some of them had a lot of followers, which would result in lots of reputational damage for GCC.

How about doing what's RIGHT, DDM/GCC????? that is, defending AB's right to defend women's/homosexuals' rights?????

This is misleading. Unless your account is restricted to followers, a tweet is broadcast to the whole of twitter. It's just that only a subset will be specifically notified. In every single court case involving twitter I've seen this misinformation.
