The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

Is he capable of answering a question directly? For someone whose job is supposedly comms surely this must be deliberate obfuscation? That or he's unqualified to do his job.

He realised "hammering" wasn't working for them anymore, so upgraded the twitterstorm to a crisis. TBF, in terms of self-inflicted reputation damage, calling it a storm was a Michael Fish-worthy forecasting error.

What would have happened if GCC had wanted to settle but Stonewall didn't? Would we just have had the Stonewall evidence, or also some of the GCC to investigate how they'd been influenced by Stonewall? That might have been less of a massive car crash, but still not reputationally great.

So despite telling BC that he doesn't know that when you @ someone it sends them a notification, he's just pointed out 'oh, he tagged us so we will have got a notification on that tweet'

I don't understand. I thought no one really understood Twitter at GCC but now it's a walk-through of how it works? Why's that?
