The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

On no AH has questions

AH interrupts DdM starting to answer a question to answer it instead of him (about how if/how he checked random twitter complainers), EJG restates the question and has DdM answer it this time, gets more detail

With some hesitation I ask you these questions says AH. Says it's because he doesn't understand Twitter. We all know it's because we don't want to hear anymore.

Has he mentioned 'crisis situation' before now? Was this really a crisis?

Good grief, AH is getting a tutorial on how Twitter works!!

I think there's very little doubt that Martin R knows exactly who Helen Steel is. Unlike DDM. And Martin R was making very copious notes while the discussion on Twitter names was underway, I noticed. He’s a smart one.

God I love you guys, reading your live action comments is intensely pleasurable in a kind of vicarious way

I am cringing so hard reading some of this testimony though that my pelvic floor is doing involuntary exercises Reading about him sniggering at the word "penis" made me cringe/clench so hard I practically created my own gravitational field. It's like a very extreme pelvic floor workout. Maybe I could harness this power to hoover the floor just by walking around the room.

IS this just blatant time wasting by AH? Why are we having a twitter 101 lesson?

I like to imagine that when Ben is checking his instructions a member of his legal team has messaged "It's alright, you can stop there, the Mumsnet Vipers say his goose is cooked".

Are they trying to make DDM the fall guy?

I'd have really thought these high earners would have taken some time to figure out Twitter basics before the time- or is AH just trying to run out the clock by asking what twitter symbols like the retweet and like button means
