The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

You can buy followers, can't you?

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 14:59

On no AH has questions

MythicalReasonableTwitterUser · 25/05/2022 14:59

AH interrupts DdM starting to answer a question to answer it instead of him (about how if/how he checked random twitter complainers), EJG restates the question and has DdM answer it this time, gets more detail

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 14:59

With some hesitation I ask you these questions says AH. Says it's because he doesn't understand Twitter. We all know it's because we don't want to hear anymore.

Birdsweepsin · 25/05/2022 15:00

Has he mentioned 'crisis situation' before now? Was this really a crisis?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 15:00

DdM explaining Twitter like you would for a 5 y/o.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 25/05/2022 15:00

Hockhauser is so rude to the EJ and tribunal members! He's a disgrace

Reuby (member of the tribunal) mispronounced Hockhauser
Hockhauser: "It's Hockhauser!!!"

AH asking for a twitter tutorial from DdM. DdM should have negotiated £250/hour before giving this away for free.

pollywobbler · 25/05/2022 15:00

FFS this isn't a Twitter tutorial AH!

WinterTrees · 25/05/2022 15:00

It seems DdM understands Twitter better than he let on

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 15:00

Am now cleaning out the litter tray.

WallaceinAnderland · 25/05/2022 15:00

AH needing twitter to be explained again as he he still doesn't understand. How has he been able to follow any of the last painful 4 hours.

ifIwerenotanandroid · 25/05/2022 15:01

Granny's trying to use the internet again. Leave it, Mr Hochouse

r.

Boiledbeetle · 25/05/2022 15:01

DDM just have himself away think AH. It shows he knows exactly what Twitter is about and how it works.

BenCooperisaGod · 25/05/2022 15:01

A meeting finished early. DdM is a borefest. Have they not figured out how twitter works yet?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 25/05/2022 15:01

It seems DdM understands Twitter better than he let on

My thought too

Appalonia · 25/05/2022 15:01

Good grief, AH is getting a tutorial on how Twitter works!!

Zeugma · 25/05/2022 15:01

I think there's very little doubt that Martin R knows exactly who Helen Steel is. Unlike DDM. And Martin R was making very copious notes while the discussion on Twitter names was underway, I noticed. He’s a smart one.

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 15:01

Can someone pass that man a strepsil or something

WeBuiltCisCityOnSexistRoles · 25/05/2022 15:01

God I love you guys, reading your live action comments is intensely pleasurable in a kind of vicarious way Grin

I am cringing so hard reading some of this testimony though that my pelvic floor is doing involuntary exercises Shock Reading about him sniggering at the word "penis" made me cringe/clench so hard I practically created my own gravitational field. It's like a very extreme pelvic floor workout. Maybe I could harness this power to hoover the floor just by walking around the room.

theemperorhasnoclothes · 25/05/2022 15:01

IS this just blatant time wasting by AH? Why are we having a twitter 101 lesson?

FingonTheValiant · 25/05/2022 15:02

I like to imagine that when Ben is checking his instructions a member of his legal team has messaged "It's alright, you can stop there, the Mumsnet Vipers say his goose is cooked".

Ereshkigalangcleg · 25/05/2022 15:02

Are they trying to make DDM the fall guy?

MythicalReasonableTwitterUser · 25/05/2022 15:02

I'd have really thought these high earners would have taken some time to figure out Twitter basics before the time- or is AH just trying to run out the clock by asking what twitter symbols like the retweet and like button means
