The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.

MR wants to know how far DDM looked into who the Twitter complainants were.

Birdsweepsin · 25/05/2022 14:57

AH muddifying the issue there

"Mr Hock-house!"

Chrysanthemum5 · 25/05/2022 14:57

Oh AH is annoyed

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 14:57

AH correcting a tribunal panel member about his name

CatsOperatingInGangs · 25/05/2022 14:57

MR gets AH name wrong but gives no fucks 🤣

Ereshkigalangcleg · 25/05/2022 14:57

Mr Hockhouse Grin

LipbalmOrKnickers · 25/05/2022 14:57

AH just corrected MR pronunciation of Hochhauser!!

Chrysanthemum5 · 25/05/2022 14:57

Thank you EJG for calming the waters

Pyjamagame · 25/05/2022 14:57

So he had time to look into the Twitter profiles, but not the abusive and other responses to Allison.

katmarie · 25/05/2022 14:57

Love me a good MR intervention. Ohhhh and AH is tetchy. 'It's Mr Hochous-EEEEERRRRR sir.'

Mollyollydolly · 25/05/2022 14:58

AH is unbearable isn't he.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 25/05/2022 14:58

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 14:56

Russ. 😂

😂

FingonTheValiant · 25/05/2022 14:58

Mr Hockhouse. A tool by any other name...

Bosky · 25/05/2022 14:58

Martin Reuby is a smart cookie!

Go on, ask him how he decided "Cock Warlock" or whatever he was called was more credible and more likely to be a real person than Helen Steel! 😈

WallaceinAnderland · 25/05/2022 14:58

Martin Reuby wants clarification on how closely DDM looked at background of people tweeting complaints. AH steps in to answer on behalf of DDM.

EJ Asks for clarification from DDM

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 14:58
  • number of followers
  • who they were following
  • who follows them
  • their tweets
  • this kind of factors.

Number with a significant following.

Doesn't know if did it for all 42 in a fast moving crisis situation.

Chrysanthemum5 · 25/05/2022 14:58

I don't think he did look at all 42 - it was fast moving doncha know

ifIwerenotanandroid · 25/05/2022 14:58

How many?

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 14:58

So if a twitter troll had lots of trolls following them then they were definitiely deemed legit?

TheBiologyStupid · 25/05/2022 14:58

Martin Reuby brilliant as always. "How far did you look into the profiles?" EJ helps clarify , and AH complains that MR mispronounced his name. DdM waffles.

CriticalCondition · 25/05/2022 14:58

Lizard eyes going into overdrive.

ickky · 25/05/2022 14:58

DDM eyes are in overdrive

OP posts:
mcduffy · 25/05/2022 14:59

Oh yes, I always pause to watch properly when MR asks a question.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 14:59

DdM looked at Followers, Following...
I looked at the content of their profile, or the types on Tweets they were putting out. Those kind of factors.

EJG: Did you make those enquiries for all 42?

DdM: No.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 25/05/2022 14:59

'a crisis' now was it? But you still only looked at some of them, because time.
