Own-goal for Hochhauser 😂

Thamesis · 25/05/2022 14:50

First time watching online. I had to take a lunchtime nap after Menezzzz-es performance this morning😴

Thank you @ickky and all for threads and posts, support items, and of course most of all Allison.

Did AH assume that a transwoman (in this case Debbie Hayton) would automatically be complaining about AB and gender critical views? 😂

Yes he did, too funny.

That's how it appeared. His Faux Outrage went into overdrive. Quite funny.

Birdsweepsin · 25/05/2022 14:51

BC: "You caused damage to the reputation of Garden Court Chambers by giving credence to unimportant twitter trolls"

🙌

"If you're going to do a thoughtful analysis of reputational harm you should really look at the people complaining carefully"

oh Ben, you hero

FingonTheValiant · 25/05/2022 14:51

Oh AH shakes head, you should really let Ben finish his questions. Then you'd look less of a tool.

StrongOutspokenOftenIrritating · 25/05/2022 14:51

MissPollysFitDolly · 25/05/2022 14:49

Ha ha, AH clearly doesn't know Debbie Hayton is GC.

Well. There were 24 different twitter accounts. A storm worth. Can’t know them all.

Chrysanthemum5 · 25/05/2022 14:51

Personally I'd like DdM to be over now he's sending me to sleep

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 14:51

I know Debbie generates mixed opinions but she's done sterling work in this area. I met her at LGB Alliance conference and had a photo.

Then had one with James Dreyfus

WallaceinAnderland · 25/05/2022 14:51

It's all coming out now. DDM sided with a disreputable twitter troll against demonstrably reputable support for AB.

nauticant · 25/05/2022 14:51

DdM has just undermined his point about "anonymous twitter accounts can be SO influential" by being unable to recognise actual influential accounts of well-known people.

LilithRises · 25/05/2022 14:51

first time listening in today - this is painful

Appalonia · 25/05/2022 14:52

This bloke is like Russ in Friends. ' It takes him like, what, a week, to get a sentence out?!'

Boiledbeetle · 25/05/2022 14:52

This episode is going to be the most boring episode in the Allison Bailey Versus mini series.

The previous episode would have given a in the next episode teaser of MB about to give evidence only to discover in the opening segment that that had gone to pot and it's now a while episode of Ben trying to get DDM to answer a simple yes or no on at least , for the love of god, one single solitary question.

ickky · 25/05/2022 14:53

Is it time for HE'S DEAD BEN yet?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 14:53

I just laughed out loud, @Appalonia 😂

MissPollysFitDolly · 25/05/2022 14:50

Yes he did, too funny.

Did BC put him right? Tribunal Tweets doesn't say!

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 25/05/2022 14:53

So GCC was the victim of bullies and bullying.
And they caved right in to the bullies, throwing AB to the bullies to protect themselves. Rather than stand up for their own colleague who did nothing wrong except defend women's and homosexuals' especially lesbians' rights.
Disgraceful.

Mmmnotsure · 25/05/2022 14:53

Honestly, what barrister would choose this chambers if this is their director of communications and marketing

Bosky · 25/05/2022 14:53

DM at the wheel of slow-motion car crash when AH chucks a grenade over his shoulder into the back seat! 😂

😂😂😂

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 14:54

DDM looks like he's about to cry.

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 14:54

Oh please let that be it

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 14:54

Think this might be Ben done? Please.

So when GCC say their motto is 'Do right and fear no one' they actually mean....?
