The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

So GCC were only concerned about the views that were critical to AB, totally disregarded the criticism of their own behaviour, that apparently doesn't cause reputational damage.

Hochhauser has not done his homework. Knee jerk reaction that a mention of a trans woman must mean a complaint about AB and not a complaint about how badly AB was being treated.

Did AH assume that a transwoman (in this case Debbie Hayton) would automatically be complaining about AB and gender critical views? 😂

Looking at some of the twitter handles that GCC were replying to, one of them is called "dick warlock" (!) - did that not give them the slightest inkling that they were dealing with a load of trolls?? That account has since been suspended too.

But Dave Renton, on the other hand, paid no attention to a personal friend and esteemed academic, Alice Sullivan, who supported Allison.

And Helen Steel. Doesn't know who she is either. McBollocks.
