It seems very impractical that EJ is having to take hand-written notes. Why is she having to do that?

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 12:54

'human sleeping tablet' 😂

Chrysanthemum5 · 25/05/2022 12:53

I assume DdM would be a young beardy bloke given how quickly he panicked about the Twitter 'storm'

Perhaps there's a couple of young beardy blokes in his team to ensure that he thinks in the correct way.

ifIwerenotanandroid · 25/05/2022 12:55

DdeM over the end of Riders on the Storm has a relaxing Pink Floyd kind of vibe...

ickky · 25/05/2022 12:55

Joining Stonewall DC is not a partnership. You are paying them for a "service" Have I got that right?

BC seems uninterested in waffling non answers now and just moving on to next question.

I've got rid of the Beethoven, still can't find the Doors. Have I slipped into a coma & I'm dreaming all this?

I hope we all are, it absolutely beggars belief.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 12:56

BC - 'AB her views clash with the LGBT stakeholders?'

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 12:57

BC "Allisons views differ to stakeholders you work with"?
DdM: It was a legitimate concern! Yes.

The noose is ready.

FridasSpectacularEyebrows · 25/05/2022 12:57

Delurking after 7 years of lurkery on FWR to say THANK YOU, magnificent vipers of Mumsnet, for everything you have done, and continue to do. I am something of a Stealth Terf IRL but getting braver by the day. Thank you for the education, analysis, insight, documenting, energy and humour although not the knowledge of the WBH, I could have happily lived my whole life without knowing such filth existed

'human sleeping tablet' 😂

Cure for insomnia

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 12:58

'So is it just stonewall'? Boom

oviraptor21 · 25/05/2022 12:58

BC honing in on the Stonewall influence

TheBiologyStupid · 25/05/2022 12:58

DdM: "Let me read the whole thing [and try to weasel out of agreeing with what I wrote at the time]" .

Signalbox · 25/05/2022 12:58

ifIwerenotanandroid · 25/05/2022 12:54

I've got rid of the Beethoven, still can't find the Doors. Have I slipped into a coma & I'm dreaming all this?

I'm struggling to maintain consciousness with this witness so a coma seems likely.

SettingsO · 25/05/2022 12:58

He's speeding up!

mcduffy · 25/05/2022 12:58

Did he just deny having heard of Mermaids?

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 12:58

He was refering to stonewall, none of the other groups. They were stonewall diversity champions, it was blindingly obvious.

Game. Set. Match.

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 12:58

Diversity champions that only support one type of diversity, brilliant

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 12:59

Direct link to Stonewall there.

LouiseBelchersBunnyEars · 25/05/2022 12:59

Basically got him to admit the only opinion he was interested in was Stonewalls.

can’t have one of our members going against them as invites criticism from Twitter

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 12:59

He's never heard of Mermaids. But he has heard of Stonewall and Pink News and Gay Times and knows that LGB Alliance is a Bad Thing from just ab accidental launch tweet.

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 25/05/2022 12:59

'So is it just stonewall'? Boom

I just tuned in and heard that and it made me laugh. Go Ben!

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 25/05/2022 13:00

And he's admitted that his concern was at least in part because they were Diversity Champions, isn't that a huge plank of Allison's case?

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 13:00

Definitely time for a break, feel like sticking my head in a bucket of cold water.
