The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

This technical talk is excruciating, like having to explain to my 85 year old mum that while I may not have spoken to my sibling on the phone for months, we WhatsApp nearly every day so I know what they're up to and she doesn't have to report it all back to me.

In fairness, the Twitter algorithms are secret and do change any only the geeks working for Twitter know how they work.

These people remind me of Jen in the IT Crowd who was head of Internet Whatever but had no idea what she was doing, to the extent of being duped about the 'Internet box' she proudly presented at a meeting.

Just thank your lucky stars she doesn't use WhatsApp, my mum recently embraced a new android phone. When I say embraced, I mean annoy me all the time on how it works.

And my other gran decided that all internet stuff was called EBay.

I'm finding DDM's caution in replying to be completely understandable and reflects what I've seen when technical matters are discussed in court. I'm reading it simply as DDM, and BC, seeking to be precise.
