So many times in about 20 minutes I've laughed out loud or pffffft'd at the screen.

MsFogi · 25/05/2022 10:00

Definitely one conversation and I started typing immediately afterwards.

Oh no.... now I'm challenged it was two conversations and definitely noted immediately afterwards.

Hmmmm......

TopKnotch · 25/05/2022 10:00

Is anyone else getting and pop ups for South Africa tourism.

Amazing how the algorithm works!

nauticant · 25/05/2022 10:00

Am I looking at Jon Ronson in 10-20 years' time?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 10:01

He also thinks he's the cleverest person in the room.

Scorched · 25/05/2022 10:01

If Allison had told a journalist that all trans prisoners are rapists it would have been all over the papers. She didn’t say it

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 10:02

I don't have views on the general nature of her political work.

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 10:02

I sort of understand where he’s coming from. I wouldn’t appreciate someone having a conversation in my office about their personal political views if those views were egregiously offensive to me.

The problem is that he’s taken an extreme stance on what is offensive.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 25/05/2022 10:02

Am I looking at Jon Ronson in 10-20 years' time?

I would have thought they're about the same age, but good call!

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 10:02

Occasionally she crosses the boundary and says things that are offensive or hurtful

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 10:02

DR - She sometimes crosses the boundaries and I wish she wouldn't do that.

Signalbox · 25/05/2022 10:03

I think I hate this man.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 10:04

It's her word again this on this point but he's clearly very biased so who do we think we believe and who does EJG believe?

User237845 · 25/05/2022 10:04

He's lying. No GC woman would that. Thick or lying. But I say lying. What a little morally bankrupt weasel he is.

StrongOutspokenOftenIrritating · 25/05/2022 10:04

I’m audio only as I can’t get video up.

He’s an employment lawyer?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 10:04

Smug little chuckles from DR...🤨

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 10:04

Who’d share a room with him after this? Little mole.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 10:04

He's an employment lawyer so felt it appropriate to take a note of their conversation. It was a private note of their conversation that he didn't attend to use.

OK, but he walked in when she was on the phone - he could have left.

On the other hand it sounds as if AB, a survivor of CSA and a woman with health problems, had the choice of mixed sex toilets in her place of work or not peeing all day (which is of course the choice that most girls in school make when faced with 'gender neutral' toilets)

BeBraveLittlePenguin · 25/05/2022 10:05

There is an Ian Hislop in the room. Wonder if it's the real one.

Glorious sunlight.

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 10:05

Has he ever taken notes about the views of other colleagues?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 25/05/2022 10:05

BC - You were keeping an eye on AB and were building up a case about her.

Signalbox · 25/05/2022 10:05

Scorched · 25/05/2022 10:01

If Allison had told a journalist that all trans prisoners are rapists it would have been all over the papers. She didn’t say it

It's the classic interaction with a trans activist isn't it?

GC feminist: Male bodied rapists shouldn't be in the female estate.
TRA: Saying that all TW are rapists is transphobic you bigot.

theemperorhasnoclothes · 25/05/2022 10:05

Yes and also he's lying. Don't believe a word he says.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 10:05

He's surprised that anyone sees anything controversial about this (making a note of a private conversation)
