The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

I've (coincidentally) had all meetings cancelled this week, so I can multitask like a boss while it's on.

chilling19 · 25/05/2022 09:35

Oh I cleared my diary for MB today grrr

MsMarvellous · 25/05/2022 09:35

Ah bugger. I'll miss MB.

Mumsnut · 25/05/2022 09:35

To be fair, we’d combust if we had DR and MB the same day

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 09:36

I think the two rooms must be due to increased demand due to Michelle Brewer and she's not on now. Am very disappointed to miss her.

They must've shuffled the order by email unless Judge is going off an old timetable but no-one jumped in to correct her.

DR is much calmer today - so far.

WallaceinAnderland · 25/05/2022 09:36

I wondered if they would try and get MB last in the hope that they run out of time. All those delaying tactics at the start have paid off.

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 09:35

Are you allowed to send the access pin to us, or are they unique to each user? (NOT techy minded her, but do understand Twiiter)

We're not supposed to share. But if you email the link should come quickly.

BenCooperisaGod · 25/05/2022 09:36

IS MB TODAY OR TOMORROW???

Hazycoffeek · 25/05/2022 09:37

On CM’s conduct yesterday, I found this on the Bar Standards Council website which seems a way for the public to voice their opinion:

We are always keen to hear from anyone who has insight into how we can achieve our Equality Objectives. If you have any insight or thoughts about this area of our work, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

MsFogi · 25/05/2022 09:37

I've joined for the first time - how to I check my camera and mic are off?

BenCooperisaGod · 25/05/2022 09:36

IS MB TODAY OR TOMORROW???

Judge said tomorrow and nobody corrected her.

SpindleInTheWind · 25/05/2022 09:37

Oh fuck, I have to be out tomorrow to buy sodding fence panels.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 25/05/2022 09:38

I'm thinking that BC is aware of this possibility.

No link so far and emailed before office hours this morning.

sorry but you need to get your own PIN. It’s very easy.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 09:38

Only person with camera on in my hearing room is 'Molesworth'

Gabcsika · 25/05/2022 09:39

DR pulling a Manuel "I know nothing"

ickky · 25/05/2022 09:39

WOW DR just admitted there must have been widespread discussions about AB in chambers looking back at the emails.

Thanks for that, I'm waiting for the link. I managed to request it all by myself.

"I didn't know anything" x 10000

User237845 · 25/05/2022 09:40

I think all the PINs might be the same? Certainly someone logged on with "my" PIN as their username early on in the tribunal. But I suppose that could just be a coincidence?

Pins are all the same. I've PMed you WLA.

Maybe the NHS intervened for load levelling reasons. There are only so many hypertension crises they can cope with in most regions and maintain patient safety.

Failing to understand how DR understood enough to report AB's phone conversations as problematic but still needed 'education' (I paraphrase) from MB.
