The Tribunal started on 25th April, witness testimony concluded on the 26th May. Closing arguments for council will be on the 20th June. I don't know if the existing links and pins will work. I will email nearer the time to check.

If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access.
Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 20th June 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

Oh a trimmed BC! Nice and sleek look for the final day

Ameanstreakamilewide · 20/06/2022 10:09

I wonder if JR will be wearing her 'lucky jacket'? Did i see her in the room with AH?

Roseglen84 · 20/06/2022 10:09

Equal Treatment Benchbook - that doesn't bode well seeing as that is full or gender ideology nonsense.

mcduffy · 20/06/2022 10:09

I'm in with my original PIN too.
What's the timeline from today? They sum up today and then do we know how long it takes to make a decision?

WookeyHole · 20/06/2022 10:10

AH relegated to a smaller room (his office?) today.

Roseglen84 · 20/06/2022 10:10

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 10:12

AH doesn't sound well. I hope his voice holds up.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 10:13

Only because I've forgotten what all the Twitter buttons do and was hoping for a refresher of the masterclass.

ickky · 20/06/2022 10:13

IO to start, then AH and then BC.

nauticant · 20/06/2022 10:14

For the Maya Forstater employment tribunal it was hoped that a decision would be handed down within 2 months but we're now getting to the end of month 3 and we're still waiting mcduffy.

Maybe August for Allison's case? Maybe later?

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 10:15

I agree AH doesn't sound so well. I hope he's OK.

Touché!

ickky · 20/06/2022 10:16

Wasting time again, surely all closing submissions should be correct by now, they have had long enough to get them right.

I don't understand what OI is going through? Is she trying to wriggle out of something?

WookeyHole · 20/06/2022 10:17

I'm struggling to follow too.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 10:17

Gabcsika · 20/06/2022 10:16

Correcting errors in the submissions.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 20/06/2022 10:18

Have to say, the bundle links are very nicely organised today.

tigertactics · 20/06/2022 10:18

Is RMW there today? Lucky for Allison she was not subject to forensic questioning from such a quicksilver legal brain. It would have been OVER for her.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 10:18

Gold star for IO for correctly pronouning there.

Boiledbeetle · 20/06/2022 10:20

Why does IO sound like she's only reading this for the first time

oviraptor21 · 20/06/2022 10:20

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 10:17

Correcting errors in the submissions.

Which submission is she correcting?

Struggling to match up paragraphs.

I do like the new bundle/statement links though.

IO sounding very unfluent this morning.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 20/06/2022 10:21

This doesn't feel as flourishingly rhetorical as I was expecting.

She's haltingly going through dates of meetings and who was there from SW.

nauticant · 20/06/2022 10:21

A nice straightfoward approach by IO on behalf of Stonewall going through the SW-GCC interactions over the relevant period and explaining they were sparse. That not a great deal went on.

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 20/06/2022 10:21

IO's droning is killing me here arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Yes, look down the list, they are the only one listing their pronouns!
