The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

Hang on, is AH working for BC on this line of questioning?

It does my head in IdisagreeMrHochhauser this misrepresentation of twitter as being a point-to-point messaging system rather than most of it being open for anyone to look it. If I think about my own use of twitter, I'd say 90+% of the tweets I look at I don't look at as a result of receiving a notification or seeing the tweet in my home timeline.

Blocked & private are two diffrerent things.

Do you think AH has got confused? Why isn't JR reminding him their case rests on no one being able to understand Twitter

What is the point in this line of questioning? What is AH trying to prove here??

Does AH really not understand Twitter? Because it seems rather stupid to lead your witness into waters you don't understand where he can promptly shoot himself in the foot.

He must feel that going over this again is a good way to run down the clock and less damaging than other uses of the time would be.

First 99% of testimony (with BC): DDM has a hazy, vague, minimal understanding of how Twitter works.
Final 1% (with AH): suddenly a Twitter expert!

This utter waste of time really needed to have been included months ago as a Twitter Explainer document submitted as part of the case.

AH knows more about Twitter than he's letting on.

What does the comment in the chat mean about technicality

Protected tweets can only be seen by followers. Otherwise anyone can see anything.

If AB protected her tweets, it probably implies she was getting a lot of heat from TRAs, doesn't it?

And can you explain where the hot comes from? Do I need to buy it from the shop with the bread?
