Who is instructing IO and RMW? Is Nancy Kelley watching? Is she logged in as Verity Shambles?

Pyjamagame · 25/05/2022 14:26

How do you see how many people are in the room with you? I'm on a laptop and cannot see any such data.

I counted. I'm sad like that.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 25/05/2022 14:27

Birdsweepsin · 25/05/2022 14:22

Do you want a coffee David?

No I don't agree with that....

Could you repeat the question for clarity?

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 14:27

It was actually 255 but some of those are solicitors

StrongOutspokenOftenIrritating · 25/05/2022 14:27

Unprecedented

he’s never opened his eyes and seen what happens when women stand up for themselves before has he?

Boiledbeetle · 25/05/2022 14:28

His voice is really beginning to..........aghhhhhhhhhhh! I can't say what i want to right now!!!!

nauticant · 25/05/2022 14:28

Good point by BC, DdM evidence is that the whole of twitter was going for GCC and so in response they were going to send a reply to only a handful of twitter accounts in the expectation that the reply wasn't going to spread all over. It's so inconsistent it gives me a headache.

Chrysanthemum5 · 25/05/2022 14:28

I suspect DdM has not had a stellar career if this is the biggest communication issue he's faced

WallaceinAnderland · 25/05/2022 14:29

Response to AB's tweet - never seen anything like it in his career but didn't bother to look into why it might have happened.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 25/05/2022 14:29

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 25/05/2022 14:27

I counted. I'm sad like that.

Not just you - there were 318 in the one I was in before lunch, inc counsel - the one with Uncle Tom Cobleigh in.

In other news, pukey child has managed to retain half a packet of plain crisps and is watching 'The Lorax'. The cub badge is now on the front of the jumper.

This is such an impressive rate of productivity. I can't claim anything like this level to which I can only aspire (once this ET is over!)

Lio · 25/05/2022 14:29

For several years I tuned into R4 just before 8am to listen to the weather. The weather report would start, then finish, without my having heard a word of it. DDM is sliding off my brain a bit like this. So thank you to people here who are managing to report on what is happening.

WomensLandArmy · 25/05/2022 14:30

Text too faint, new one for the bingo card?

Pyjamagame · 25/05/2022 14:30

And today's award for going above and beyond goes to........IdisagreeMrHochhauser

I wonder if at some point way WAAAAY before today, AH took look at all the material and said guys I really think settling is the way forward.

Very good point, clearly a Schrodinger's tweet.

So the opposite views to Stonewall's aren't the views of Garden Court - is that what he's saying? What are Stonewall Diversity Champion Garden Court's views then?

Then he said that they were just saying that Allison was expressing her personal views and not those of GCC, but you'd think if that's what they were saying that's what they would have said. But then again, I'm not the one getting big money for being a communications go-to-guy...

tabbycatstripy · 25/05/2022 14:30

None so blind as those who will not see. It was unprecedented because the movement is an astroturfed, unhinged extremist movement. That’s why you’d never seen anything like it, Dave.

Boiledbeetle · 25/05/2022 14:31

Ddm smirking there does he think he's got one over on Ben

Mmmnotsure · 25/05/2022 14:31

DdM re the 'Twitterstorm', says he had never seen anything like that before in my career.

Would love to know what he thinks of, and is doing about, the present Twittertyphoon.

StrongOutspokenOftenIrritating · 25/05/2022 14:31

Can’t recall DRINK!

TofuDelights · 25/05/2022 14:31

Finally caught up, thanks for the commentary everyone!

I might be acquainted with Uncle Tom 😏

Chrysanthemum5 · 25/05/2022 14:31

Poor DdM he's burnt his bridges with the TRAs by saying he has some sympathy with Allison. And the Mumsnet vipers don't like him. Maybe he has a cat who is very fond of him

Mollyollydolly · 25/05/2022 14:32

Can't believe he doesn't understand how 'reply' works on twitter.
