The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

There is also live tweeting from

Can you dial in via audio, Lougle?

I wasn't sure if I could and I was too scared that my phone would be seen to be being 'used' while driving. I managed to catch a little while I was waiting for DD1.

Penguintears · 24/05/2022 15:08

Who is David Bellamy?

Queenoftheashes · 24/05/2022 15:08

omg I didn’t hear that because I was looking at Ricky Gervais’s new “his penis you bigot” clip but the chat lit up

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 15:08

Idris Elba

ColMustardInTheLibrary · 24/05/2022 15:08

😂😂😂that was priceless!

nauticant · 24/05/2022 15:08

There's now a battle in the chat between the LOLs and the po-faced.

Penguintears · 24/05/2022 15:08

Waitwhat23 · 24/05/2022 15:10

I read the 'fucking hell' on TT and thought it must be a typo or the feelings of the tweeter - did.CC really say that!

dworky · 24/05/2022 15:10

theemperorhasnoclothes · 24/05/2022 15:08

Thank you. Truly hilarious!

Have we settled on who's playing CC in the movie?

David Harewood

MrsSteveMcDonald · 24/05/2022 15:10

I mean, surely you'd at least leave the room before saying that!

SidewaysOtter · 24/05/2022 15:11

Lesson of the day: if someone says your mic is muted, assume that it isn't.

theemperorhasnoclothes · 24/05/2022 15:11

I have to go and get child from school. Sooooo UNFAIR!

I will be reading this thread when I get back and child is safely organised with milk, cutted up pear and biccies.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 15:13

Everyone is pretending CC didn't swear.

EJG has been sent a letter with 37 pages of tweets which suggests that someone has been recording the tribunal. Reminds observers not to do that or take screenshots.

But how can they not know or check for themseves? It's not difficult, is it.

That's why I asked as thought I had missed some kind of joke about David Bellamy 😆

chilling19 · 24/05/2022 15:13

BC - again stripping witness down to the bone.

It is like watching the early series of Big Brother where the housemates forgot to keep their faces on.

ifIwerenotanandroid · 24/05/2022 15:14

Do you think they all know what happened & are politely ignoring it?

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 15:14

More bundle problems. EJG big sigh.

Penguintears · 24/05/2022 15:15

Pointed sigh from EJ as pages missing from bundles.

Gabcsika · 24/05/2022 15:15

I missed the swearing because I am now teaching.

Lougle · 24/05/2022 15:15

CC's tone is decidedly different from how it was at 14.30.

Also, isn't this the same issue that someone had the other day? It was the wrong bundle that they were looking at.
