Is this a problem with the bundle that we've all had issues with or is it something BC and team proceed

Ameanstreakamilewide · 24/05/2022 15:15

Yeah, they're all just pretending it didn't happen.

No point in dwelling on it, i suppose.

alwaysandtogether · 24/05/2022 15:16

Ameanstreakamilewide · 24/05/2022 15:16

Who knows, Chrys?? I've given up with the bundles, to be honest.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 24/05/2022 15:16

Aww, MR and BC are bonding!

chilling19 · 24/05/2022 15:17

The bundle problems have seriously impacted the time line of this tribunal

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 15:17

Mia Hakl-Law to the rescue.

Chrysanthemum5 · 24/05/2022 15:17

I like how cheery Martin reuby is even after days of paying close attention to all this

Ameanstreakamilewide · 24/05/2022 15:17

I thought i'd typed it twice.

"I am driven by social justice – everybody has a right to be heard".

I mean I'm guessing this statement is going to apply to everyone except for boring old XX women. And particularly women such as Allison.

But I hope I'm pleasantly surprised.

I was just thinking the same thing. If women went on a protest to defend our rights, then these self identifying, 'social justice warriors' would think it right and proper the boys in blue would bang us up. They didn't seem to keen on Allison being allowed to stand up for her beliefs. I think there was a claim that it was more akin to racism than a right.

Maybe they should amend it to 'warrioring for anything that doesn't go against the notions and wishes of men' (no matter how toxic or harmful), more like. They are full virtue signalling sh*te, in my opinion. Can they belief their own spin, I wonder?

Chrysanthemum5 · 24/05/2022 15:18

I asked earlier - is this bundle unusually complex and so errors are inevitable or is the page mess up etc because someone didn't take care? I believe RMW took ownership of the bundle when the issues first arose but it may not have just been RMW to blame

SidewaysOtter · 24/05/2022 15:18

dworky · 24/05/2022 15:13

But how can they not know or check for themseves? It's not difficult, is it.

As in, don't say anything in front of said microphone that you don't want anyone else to hear!

Always assume a microphone is a) on and b) recording.

The chat currently onscreen might give a hint why.

WookeyHole · 24/05/2022 15:20

What's the chat on screen? (I'm not logged in at the mo, just catching up here)

chilling19 · 24/05/2022 15:20

A friend who puts together bundles (and not watching this) was horrified when I shared the problems in this tribunal. Her sharp intake of breath was legendary. Judges really really get annoyed about it.

WookeyHole · 24/05/2022 15:20

What's the chat on screen? (I'm not logged in at the mo, just catching up here)

It mentions the unmuted goings on.

Lougle · 24/05/2022 15:22

I suppose it's difficult in the sense that the documents all have to be original copies, so they can't be reformatted to the same font, etc., and twitter posts will be screen grabs, but the indexing has been shambolic.

ickky · 24/05/2022 15:23

Time is getting on a bit, only an hour left for today and EJ said she wants DDM to start today.
