AH is just being a ranty man and cutting across the witness but that's ok if he does it.

Is this another rhetorical flourish to end with?

Signalbox · 24/05/2022 16:04

This definitely seems to be the weakest part of AB's case.

Mollyollydolly · 24/05/2022 16:05

AH doing a good job here.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 16:05

I don't think we'll get DDM now.

Snugglepumpkin · 24/05/2022 16:05

Had she had zero days off in 2019 & that had doubled her income for that year (as they suggest she took 5-6 months off), she would still have earned less than the next lowest earning other person.

Do I have that right?

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 24/05/2022 16:03

"AB could be a member of my family - she's a Black woman"

Seems an odd thing to say

I think i read in AB's WS, that CC researched his family tree and was convinced that he and Allison were distantly related.

ickky · 24/05/2022 16:06

We're not going to get DDM today. Only 15 minutes left.

Mmmnotsure · 24/05/2022 16:06

Thank you to everyone who can bear to listen to AH and report back.

GrumpyMenopausalWombWielder · 24/05/2022 16:06

I'm getting more of a sense that it's a failure of management to see when adverse clerking was happening, he didn't see it or act on it. I'm not sure if the pleadings were explicit in saying there was active instruction between those AB names as being hostile towards her, as surely inadequate management & indifference to such a drop in quality & numbers of referrals is an issue CC should have been across & picking up on.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 16:08

I've gone right off AH.

CriticalCondition · 24/05/2022 16:08

We in juice and biccy time now. Big time.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 24/05/2022 16:08

EJG won't be happy about that.

WookeyHole · 24/05/2022 16:08

Wow. That was quite a look of disgust from BC.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 16:09

"Mealy mouthed way" - reference to BC.

Judge is putting him back in his box.

LipbalmOrKnickers · 24/05/2022 16:09

Alexander Pope quote! Possibly a wild-card addition to the bingo card?

CatsOperatingInGangs · 24/05/2022 16:09

AH really is a pompous arse.
I’m sorry I have nothing more profound to add today.

Pyjamagame · 24/05/2022 16:09

Back in your box AH

CriticalCondition · 24/05/2022 16:09

AH just accused BC of being 'derelict'.

Pyjamagame · 24/05/2022 16:09

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 16:09

"Mealy mouthed way" - reference to BC.

Judge is putting him back in his box.

snap!

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 24/05/2022 16:09

If LH was such an amazing clerk the job change is surprising.

Mollyollydolly · 24/05/2022 16:09

I have some sympathy with AH here. It's def the weakest part of the case.

Motorina · 24/05/2022 16:10

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 16:09

"Mealy mouthed way" - reference to BC.

Judge is putting him back in his box.

Give him a rusk and a blankie whilst he's there.

Appalonia · 24/05/2022 16:10

AH having a rant about the quality of BC 's questions to CC.

ickky · 24/05/2022 16:10

Dereliction of duty and mealy mouthed directed at BC from AH.

OP posts:
IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 16:10

Now AH has made an incorrect page reference which has taken the wind out of his sails and now he's laughing at himself which shows it's all an act.

Oh and misgendered a solicitor.
