When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

CC just said yes, her billings were down, it depends on the quality of the work. BC - Exactly.

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 24/05/2022 15:53
  1. It's been established beyond any doubt that Allison was out of favour with many people in the chambers.

  2. It's been shown (mostly through the repetitively ridiculous denials) that there was a lot of office gossip.

  3. It's unarguably true that she had a massive drop in her income at around the same time as all this happening.

At this point is it not more probable than not that (3) is related to (1) and (2)? I imagine Employment Tribunals must see this kind of thing all the time.

InvisibleDragon · 24/05/2022 15:53

So if they had a special database system to justify exactly who was offered/awarded each case and why ... Because of historic bias against women ... Why was this useful dataset not included in the disclosure documents?

Appalonia · 24/05/2022 15:53

Not interested in the issue. Bingo!

TeenPlusCat · 24/05/2022 15:53

There is a problem isn't there that if you bring in a system to evidence you aren't discriminating, and then don't use it, that you then don't have evidence to show you aren't discriminating.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 15:53

Think BC is wrapping up. EJG will be pleased. They have to finish at 4.20 today.

ickky · 24/05/2022 15:54

I know nothing, have no interest in this subject. But he is a very close friend of JM.

They’re not going to get DDM on are they.

ickky · 24/05/2022 15:56

Ah is so rude, he didn't even say hello to CC.

OP posts:
oviraptor21 · 24/05/2022 15:56

CC "I know nothing"

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 15:57

Maybe 15 minutes of DdeM?

MsMarvellous · 24/05/2022 15:57

Agh. Have to sign off to go to doctors. I'm going to try watch MB tomorrow. I'm plotting my work diary so I have admin only and can multi task

ickky · 24/05/2022 15:57

Oh god, we're back to the drop down boxes.

Coatandhat · 24/05/2022 16:00

AH spits his words out - he always sounds so angry!

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 24/05/2022 16:01

Is AH just setting CC up with an opportunity to make an angry rant about how outrageous the allegations are?

oviraptor21 · 24/05/2022 16:02

AH sounding like a statement not a question ....

TeenPlusCat · 24/05/2022 16:02

I can just imagine what a clerk of 40 years standing thought of having to record all clerking in a series of drop down boxes.
I remember trying to help introduce software bug tracking software to try to identify what sort of problems were getting through quality controls. People did not like it, saw it as unnecessary etc etc.

oviraptor21 · 24/05/2022 16:02

How is poor witness meant to make head or tail of this ramble?😯

ickky · 24/05/2022 16:02

Yep definitely.

OP posts:
CriticalCondition · 24/05/2022 16:03

Is AH winding up CC to be outraged?

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 24/05/2022 16:03

"AB could be a member of my family - she's a Black woman"

Seems an odd thing to say

Ameanstreakamilewide · 24/05/2022 16:04

It certainly sounds like it. AH's tone of voice is combative.
